Condo vacation rentals in Point Pleasant Beach

The rental was very clean and nice. Walking distance to everything and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

Eric was a great host and his place was exactly as described. As a remote worker booking an extended stay, the apartment had eveything I needed and more, and Eric was quick to respond whenever I reached out. I highly reccomend Eric's place for either a weekend at the beach or a longer stay.

Our stay was very peacefull and quiet, exactly what we was looking for, we had an issue with the internet due to a outage and the host did everything he could to get the problem resolve but we all know how cable companies work they dont care, well the host was generous enougth to refund $100 to us for the issue, we will defently stay again and again. Thanks Tristen and we will be back, highly recomended.

Great place to stay if you have kiddos! There’s a whole room with bunk beds and toys. Awesome location!!

This home was absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated, very clean and well-maintained, fully stocked with everything you may need! The beds were super comfy, plenty of space to spread out. The living room and kitchen were great for gathering all of us together. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Great communication with the host. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would love to come stay here again!

This was such a great experience, so cozy, so welcoming. It was beautiful blocks away from the boardwalk, food, anything you could have. Just what we were looking for especially having kids. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars, I would rate it higher. The place is immaculate to start. The kitchen is up to date stocked with great cooking utensils, that was a big plus for me. Lauren spared no expense. The place has everything you can need. She even had baskets in the bathrooms of odds and ends in case you forgot anything. And when there wasn’t an iron, Lauren went out and got a new one and brought it by within a few hours! Lauren’s communication before, during and even after was prompt and helpful. Thank you Lauren for making your space feel like home away from home. It’s spacious, yet cozy. I will definitely be back! Amazing amazing amazing. Thank you for everything!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Spent the weekend at Chris and Andrew’s home celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and had everything we needed. Attention was paid to every detail and their home is immaculate. Close to the beach and many restaurants. This is an ideal location and we are planning to stay again in the summer.

Lovely stay! Convenient parking located on premises. Comfortable bed, and cozy environment. Very clean. Natalia was quick at communicating and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

I was in the area for a month, splitting my time between Brooklyn and South Jersey. East Brunswick was close to major highways and I was familiar with the area Denise greeted me when I arrived. she and her daughter made sure I had what I needed and that I felt comfortable in the apartment. The month flew by. A great stay, a new grandson, great time with our granddaughter, and food and laughter with friends. Thank you Denise for making me feel at home!

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

The beach house is beautiful! I loved the quiet of the place and how close to the beach is and the swimming pool was a plus. The apartment is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and more). I’ll definitely come back.

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

Place is pretty cool pool was small but extra clean they have a nice hang out area in the back we had so much fun on the property we forget to go to the boardwalk
