Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Podgorica

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Staying at Marko's place exceeded even our highest expectations! Looking at the pictures, we couldn't believe it would be THAT good, but it truly was! It's a tranquil spot in an amazing town, close to the historic city center and the National Park. The place has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We're deeply grateful to Marko and his wonderful parents. We hope to return next summer!

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

The space is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area, with its pool, was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is ideal . What truly sets this villa apart is the attention to detail and care from the host. Ardian was incredibly responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff.
