Vacation rentals with beach access in Ploufragan

Excellent stay at Sylvain's place (host of very good contact). The apartment is bright, very well-equipped, comfortable, and functional. Beautiful environment, once your vehicle is parked in the private parking lot, it's easy to start walks on the GR34. of course it's also possible to go a few kilometers nearby to discover the area (i.e. Paimpol). We would definitely recommend this listing. Thanks again to Sylvain for hosting us.

Very clean accommodation, perfectly consistent with the listing photos. Very good location, close (on foot) to the beach, Saint Cast center, restaurants and shops. Highly responsive host, clear and easy instructions for check-in and check-out.

A very well arranged and perfectly equipped apartment. Close to the sea and close to the city center. The views are superb and the immediate environment offers multiple opportunities for walks and hikes. Very comfortable bedding too. Lionel is responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to come back!

Very nice little weekend with the family on Binic. We enjoyed the apartment as much as we did our children. The different rooms are large. The kitchen is very well equipped. And the nice balcony for breakfast in the sun. All surrounded by a park where we met a squirrel. Excellent apartment. And Kevin very responsive

For a first time on Airbnb, I must say that I was very satisfied. The accommodation was really very nice and the host Ana was very friendly. Knows how to receive guests in the best possible conditions. Also knows how to advise you and meet your expectations and requests. I had read the comments of previous people who had been there and I can confirm that this place is at the top as well as the restaurants around. We'll keep fond memories of it.

We are just back from a lovely stay at this house and had a great time! The location is good for access to St Malo, Dinard and other villages. Not a huge amount to do in Saint Jacut-de-la-mer itself but a gorgeous beach literally 5 mins walk away. We had a lovely food in La Goëlette restaurant locally with very good service too. My only 2 negatives are that bedding wasn’t included in the booking which is the first time I have experienced this with Airbnb. You could hire sheets etc locally which could be delivered but that would have been an unnecessary increase in cost for us so we took our own. The duvets provided were nice but pillows were square so not very comfy in our rectangular pillow cases! I also didn’t find an information folder with details of doctors, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc in the property which would be helpful. Other than the 2 minor things above, this is a really great house and we would love to visit again!

You will find a small booklet of sites to discover in the region and Sylvie will be able to advise you. Charming small enclosed garden for our doggie. We thank her very much for the pancakes and the bottle of cider that were waiting for us upon arrival. The studio was very clean, thoughtfully decorated and very well equipped.
