Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pleasure Point

We had a great stay. Hosts were extremely responsive. We asked for extra blankets so the kids could use the trundle bed and they responded right away and dropped off blankets within 30 minutes. Enjoyed the layout and the hot tub too, as well as got some great tips about local mountain biking trails. Location just 10 min walk from a beach (Two-six) for sunset views was the cherry on top. Michelle’s home was perfect for our weekend getaway in Capitola! The house layout and size was great for our group, and we especially loved the layout of the top floor with the bunk beds. It was also conveniently located right next to all the Capitola village shops, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise walk to the beach in the morning. Michelle’s place is a must for any Capitola trip with friends!

We had a fantastic reunion of 2 families. Gabriel's place was perfect as the kids could bunk down together, there were ample hangout spots and the big hot tub! We enjoyed long walks to both downtown Santa Cruz and Capitola and being so close to the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and despite the oven not working, they provided an electric one that we were able to make work for meals for 8!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

This beautiful home was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend with friends. We loved having access to the State Park parking pass, which made it easy to explore the beach and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and stress-free vacation. Highly recommend!

The most kid-friendly place I’ve stayed! This home had all the baby and toddler gear we needed and all sorts of fun toys that kept our group of little ones entertained (4 kids ages 1-8). There’s a playground right around the corner, and it’s a short drive to the aquarium. We had a great little getaway with our friends and their kids, and felt very much at home.

Came to the Bay Area for my sister surgery down at good Samaritan . Which was only five minutes away. This house was perfect for 3 adults. all bed are comfortable and the fact that they were king size beds all three was a plus. House was super clean and looked like the pictures. It's a corner house next to a main Street so I appreciate the fact that they had earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We will be back.

Thank you for opening this wonderful home for us to stay. It was spotless, comfortable and a wonderful spot to cozy away in the rain and soak up the sun a few days later. Appreciated the easy parking and outdoor deck-with space to store a surfboard. It was a perfect getaway for this newly empty-nester couple and now our new favorite spot!

Mickey & Sally have a lovely place with eclectic, artful furnishings, located in a quintessential Santa Cruz mountains setting. The hosts were elsewhere, so we were unable to meet in person, but they were very communicative & everything was in place for a seamless, delightful stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! Beautiful property in every way. Upscale fixtures, appliances, countertops, shower, tv, etc. Everything modern and up-to-date and mint condition. Super comfortable beds and lots of space. We loved it and would absolutely come back!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Matthew is a great host. It was very easy to park in front of his property and the check in process was straightforward. His place is private and away from the crowd while it is only 10 mins of beautiful walk along the coast to get to the boardwalk. I'd stay at his place again when I visit Santa Cruz. Highly recommend!

The place was comfortable and cozy. The decor was retro-vintage 80's-90's. Dan was quickly responsive to an outside lighting situation.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marc’s lovely beach rental. Everything was as described, Marc sent clear messages regarding check in and necessities provided. Location was central to a lot of the day trips we had planned, (Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel/Point Lobos, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk), but still off the beaten path offering a restful private retreat. My daughter enjoyed riding her bike around the pond path. Marc offered a very nice assortment of beach gear and toys. The beds were better than most, and I appreciated the queen/twin combo room instead of a typical twin/twin offering in the second bedroom. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sharp knives and pantry basics. In the future I would pack a few pans since the non stick cookware was pretty beat. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Loved this place! Right by Capitola wharf so it was super easy to walk downtown for dinner and shopping. The apartment was bigger than I expected, super clean, and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very helpful and got back to us right away when we had questions. Definitely staying here again next time we visit!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Beyond perfect! Every small detail…beautifully decorated throughout; kitchen well stocked with pans/spices/espresso etc…even a stocked mini fridge & bar, beautiful view of the ocean from 2 balconies. The bedrooms are great, the showers, the toilets…easily the nicest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in. Annie responded immediately to any question

We liked this place so much that we returned for the second year for our winter getaway. The space is ample for a couple and the furnishings very comfortable. There are restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance and the beach is also just two blocks away. Aaron is always ready to help
