Great house and place to base ourselves to explore Austin. Stayed with our young boys who loved the basketball hoop out the back and yard at front to play. Katy & Rick very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for our short trip to Austin. Had lots of stuff available in the house, everything was in working order, comfortable. About 20-30 minutes to downtown and was a great place to land in the evenings.

Nice place, close to our event

Brian's place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We needed to stay about a month to finish up our move to the area. Brian was extremely accommodating and understanding. His home was perfectly set up for an extended stay and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful as well. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Cute, comfy House

My family enjoyed our stay here. I have 3 young children and it was great to have a dedicated playroom stocked with toys and books. My 3 year old calls it "the fancy house." Kyle was quick to address concerns, everything was as advertised.

Great home! Cute and thoughtful. Back yard is adorable. Sat out on back patio and worked peacefully. Carissa was great at communicating.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

Nicole’s place was close to everything. The place was cute but it felt smaller for 5 people but it wasn’t big a deal since we were out all day. We had minor issues when we arrived but she resolve it quickly. Overall we had a great stay.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Such a fantastic spot - super clean and organized, and easily walkable to so many things. Stella and Leon were very responsive and so kind. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Flor's place. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Flor was very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Nil’s place was great! The condo was perfectly sized - spacious but cozy. And clean! The pool was also so nice to relax at and watch the sunset behind the skyline. The coffee, cocktails, and convenience shop that was attached to the lobby was a great amenity. The only downside about our stay was just the building itself. The elevators were very faulty with the key card function and we usually had to wait awhile to get on an elevator once called. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this place. Nil was also very responsive and helpful, especially with getting an early check-in!

We had a great stay! The views from this balcony can’t be beat and walking to Rainey St. was a hop, skip & jump away. It was very clean and had the amenities listed. Would stay here again and/or recommend to others :)

Jason’s place was beautiful! The perfect amount of space for 5 girls. The rooftop was particularly great for a sunset. And the location was great for a walk or an easy Uber to anywhere you’d like. Would stay again!

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Great apartment on the 3rd floor. 2 parking spots included. Close to 6th St restaurants, bars and freeway. I would definitely stay here again for its convenient location. Jason communicates well and very responsive.

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.
