After staying at Marins place the first time , we decided to stay here again for a week . This pleace is super clean and tidy . You have everything you need and in great condition. The area is very peaceful and nice . The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, they always came to our help, and made our stay in Tirana much easier . Totally recommend! Great friendly environment! Was an absolute pleasure of a stay. In short: -Is exactly like the photos -Xhoana is super responsive -Less than 5 minute walk from the beach -Beyond accomodating (Xhoana was happy to fulfill my request of a larger burner in order to book the unit) -Offered my mother a neighbouring unit when she came to visit, making the trip that much more lovely All in all, fantastic hospitality and in a great area at that, couldn't recommend more 🙏🏽

room was quite comfortable with a sea view, wifi working good, near the apartment is a big supermarket, AC working good as well, Also apartment has a lift, the bus stop is 2 minutes away, host Herion is attentive and very helpful, I highly recommend this place

A perfectly cared for and quiet stay, making me feel at home, everything was taken care of in every detail and then the host is a simple guy who makes himself available for any type of event even helping you on how to move around the city and/or outside, maximum transparency and mostly direct communication without restrictions.

Very professional hosts, quick and clear response, very well-equipped apartment nothing to say! The only small problem is finding the right parking but they respond very quickly and helps you find it as soon as possible! Really spotless!

Sara was from the start very responsive and also accommodated late check in and late check out and provided instructions and tips when I requested but we also were left to do our own stuff so felt like we had the privacy too. Ideal location to explore the Durres beach, has mini market nearby and also the main road with restaurants and shops. Worked well for the mum & son team - highly recommended!!

A cozy apartment with a balcony table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The landlady, Anisa, always responds quickly and very helpful. The sandy beach and shops are near by.Area is green.

This is a great Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the washing machine worked well. The wifi was strong, there was limited hot water and there was plenty of parking on the street. Would recommend this stay to others.

Cozy apartment with jacuzzi in the bedroom. We loved the living room sofa! Its big and very comfortable. Sound isolation from the neighbors could be better.

The Location of this vacation home is perfect - a few feet from the beach. The apt was cozy, clean, and at an amazing price for what you get. There was also a 24-hour shop next to it in case you forgot any groceries, however, we noticed bars and restaurants were open until almost midnight in that area. Livia was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions. Would love to come back and stay for a longer time.

A very nice and spacious apartment with great terrace and views from the sea. We would definitely recommend the place. The apartment is located directly on the beach and you can walk to various restaurants and cafes. Everything was clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is a great hot tub on the terrace overlooking the sea which we loved especially in the evening. The communication and helpfulness with the host was really great. He arranged for us transfer from the airport and back at a very fair price and we were even able to check out later than indicated. In addition, he was always immediately and quickly available and gave us many good tips.

the apartment is nice. The hot tub is great after a day of travel. everything is like in the photos. The owner was kind. He was waiting for us to check in later and drove us to the store so we had the next day. he regularly messaged me and asked if everything was okay. The apartment is a short walk from a large beach with luxury hotels.

I stayed at the apartment for five weeks. It’s an extremely comfortable place to be and the host is responsive to any specific needs that arise. I had an amazing stay at this 2+1 apartment in Lalzi Bay. The fully furnished space is modern and immaculate, with a large veranda that’s perfect for relaxing and taking in the fresh air. The location is peaceful yet close to the beach and local amenities. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend it and would love to stay again!
