Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Verde

Everything impeccable. Yanina who welcomed us was always very friendly and attentive. The apartment is beautiful, as they show their photos. It is in an ideal location, it was very easy to get around with children, comfortable for the baby and the stroller. It is perfectly equipped, everything you need for a vacation stay. We'll definitely be back.

More than recommended! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The grillboard area with the internal patio is a big plus. Apart is very accessible to go to the beach, go out to eat or super all walking.

Wonderful place. Hard to find. Look for the WASABI sign in the yard. Bring your own beach gear and all food supplies. Nothing was provided like sugar, salt, oil. We had no water for almost 2 days due to a pipe break.

Spectacular house with everything you need for a perfect stay. It has a great and very enjoyable garden, overlooking the creek and access to a pier in a very quiet place, ideal for resting. Jessica and her family make great hosts.

Impeccable stay! The host is excellent, received us with the stocked house and great tips from the surroundings. The property is in a very safe and wooded gated condominium, excellent for children and families. The neighborhood is well located and perfect for sports, with a very close market. The house is new, excellent and well-equipped rooms, full kitchen and very comfortable living room. All rooms are air conditioned and the wi-fi network is fast and stable. I highly recommend hosting!

It was very nice to stay at Sabrina's apartment. It was impeccable and we found it very comfortable. We really enjoyed the indoor heated pool, it is large and with an excellent temperature ideal to relax after a day at the beach . We met Sabrina and she is a charm of person, very attentive and takes a lot of care to have the apartment impeccable for her guests to enjoy their stay. Thank you for everything!

Everything was great. When checking in we were told how to use the amenities of the building. There is indoor and outdoor pool that we don't really use because we prefer to use the beach service that is on the 7 de la Brava. The novelty is that it has a shuttle service that comes and goes permanently between the building and the beach, this was really an added value that we greatly appreciated. The underground parking is spacious, the elevators are fast, the building is super clean and there is always someone on call. The apartment itself is super bright and well laid out. The view of the balcony gives over Roosevelt, so you can see La Brava and the bay of La Barra. The mattress is comfortable, the decó is careful, the cold fridge is like a freezer! I love the neighborhood because you have everything close: the shopping, Devoto, Frog, the novillo Alegre, Baipa, an Ancap in front.. there of everything. Romina is a genius, immediately answering my questions! Obviously we would come back, I recommend it!!

Excellent location, very easy access. Supermarket very close, downtown a few blocks away, the sea 2 blocks away. Stephanie and David amorosos! They were always attentive to inquiries! The building is very nice, the cleanliness is excellent. The beautiful pool. Very quiet. Marcelo the manager is also very kind and attentive!

Alejandra was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Green park is really very comfortable, includes everything you need. The apartment is in perfect condition.
