I stayed 1 week at this flat and LOVED EVERYTHING ! Location, Tranquility and the details in the apartment ! Everything was great and I felt right at home ! When I arrived everything was clean and tidy , Antonio responded quickly to me the times I needed to talk to Elle , Piso super quiet and complete ! Fabulous apartment, perfect for a family or two couples. All the facilities are amazing quality and you have everything that is needed.

They seem to me few stars to evaluate the stay and the apartment. Everything to detail, hyper clean, loaded with accessories, everything where it should be in your own house, everything arranged with logic and above all with taste, where there should be a pan... there it was, a juicer... there it was. It's not missing a detail. The entrance to the apartment without any problem, waiting for us until we were able to arrive that was later than the check-in time, recommending us places... an authentic luxury. Communication by public transport at the gate. You have the beach 150m away, places to eat almost under the apartment. We couldn't enjoy it anymore, a pity. Thank you Rubén for all the facilities and your attention.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our time in Almeria very much. The host was extremely quick to respond and helpful.

A good apartment equipped, comfortable, modern and clean. You have all the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay. We traveled as a family with my two girls of 11 and 5, we were very comfortable. There is parking on the same street in front of the apartment and has good access to the highways.

Excellent place, the host was flexible with check-in and it was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is next to the beach and with direct access to the pool, it has everything you need for a few days of rest, lots of kitchenware, towels up for the pool, sheets, up to hammocks for the terrace, it is very well conditioned, Susana attended us at all times very kindly, very nice and helpful and Michel is also interested in messages to see if everything was correct, 100x100 recommended, the year that will return in Roquetas again we will definitely return to his apartment

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

My parents and brother were in the apartment for a week and they told me that they were very comfortable and that everything was very good, had everything.

We had a very fluid communication with Verónica and Yolanda, always very attentive with us. The apartment is very well distributed with the size it has for about 4 people (we were 3 people and we were very comfortable). It has a large terrace, living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, a room with a double bed and a bathroom (living room and room have air conditioners), and a garage square. The concierge at the reception of the building was always very nice to us regarding the doubts we had. Overall it was a 10/10 stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Cristian welcomed us very warmly in his home, with a lot of kindness and attention. Cristian's apartment is undoubtedly better if you can do that in the photos he has published, a decoration cared for in detail and above all, very clean. Equipped with all possible things. The mountain views are very nice and the atmosphere in the pool is very good. I would definitely come back!!

The house has spectacular views and is 10 minutes from the beach. We have a few days at ease .

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The area is very quiet and we really liked that! It is a very nice apartment with several pools including jacuzzi on the premises! We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was impeccable, with everything you need. It is very close to the beach, the views from the terrace are incredible with the sea in the background. The facilities are excellent. Vanessa has been an excellent host very kind and attentive to anything she needed.
