This is the second time that we have stayed at Giorgio's house, and everything is very good. The house is beautiful, with everything you need to spend a few days having fun in the pool, grilling or going to the beach, which is super close by walking. There are several wineries around to buy anything you need, plus delivery services. Giorgio and his dad were attentive to everything, for example we had an inconvenience with the kitchen pipe and the next day they exchanged it for a new one, without any problems

Excellent place, very nice and cozy. Angela is super nice and always responded. The house is cozy. Recommended to go by car because it is a little removed from the beaches and avenues but it is really worth the visit with the family Angela's casita.

The place is spacious. I was staying for 3 months. The master bedroom is large, I would have liked more drawers or a closet to hang clothes. The internet reaches this room very well. It would be necessary to improve the issue of humidity filtration by the neighbor's side, a subject that was discussed with the host. The bathroom is spacious. The terrace is spacious, however, what I didn't like is that on the side the pigeons have made their nest and every day they dirty around a corner. The living room has a TV, spacious, and has comfortable armchairs. The kitchen has the basics for spacious long states. The place is minutes walk from the beach, you can hear the waves. Despite being close to the entrance of the first quiet, the place is quite quiet, visitors are not listened to. Nearby there is a post, the market, Mimia bakery, menus such as the panchita, Cecilia bakery, mass shop and well-stocked minimarkets. Serenazgo happens every day. It feels safe. The host and Maura's attention excellent!

I've definitely taken a pleasant surprise with this stay, outside that it's cute, very comfortable and cool in summer. The host Milagros, is an incredible person, super flexible and very good vibe, super fast communication, really is very nice to meet this class of people when you stay. The depa is nice and super comfortable, it is spacious and beautiful, super complete, it has all the things to make your stay more comfortable. The beach is a 5 minutes walk. In case there are not many people on weekends, on weekdays is super private. The depa has a pool and it's super easy to book. Everyone is always ready to help. We had a very nice time. We hope to be back soon

Excellent accommodation to disconnect from the city and share time with the family. The accommodation is well located (inside a condominium), the pool is large and has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Everything is as described, the little house is very cozy and we very much enjoyed the pool, barbecue and the games of Pool and fulbito. It's definitely a space to repeat and Fabiola's attention was very valuable, she was attentive all the time and made us feel at ease. It is an excellent option if you have pets because it is totally safe so they can be safely free.

Good location with an excellent view , everything was as shown in the photos and description. I would recommend it to couples and groups of friends. We went with a baby and a child under 2 years old and we would have preferred that there is a common area inside the house ( the dining room and room are outdoors as seen in the photos ) by the afternoon/evening wind, but that I don't think it's a problem if you get huddled or go in summer .

Good value accommodation, safe-feeling neighborhood, responsive host. I did run into some hiccups on check-in where the shower water wasn't hot and the power went out, but Juan was very responsive to the situation and quick to get it handled. P.S. The power also went completely out on check-out day, but it didn't bother me much since I was leaving anyway. Things to Note: - The "Gym" is just a pullup bar. However, there are a few parks nearby with a bit more calisthenic equipment. But if you want weights, you'll likely need a gym membership and there are gyms nearby. - There's only one bathroom inside, not two like the description states. But maybe there's another bathroom outside or something that I didn't see. So you might want to ask about it if it's important to you.

The apartment is just like the photographs posted, also very clean and tidy with all the amenities, the host is very kind and patient.
