Good place to stay and it’s nice and cool at night

Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

I chose this house so I could celebrate my birthday together with friends and family, and I really couldn't make a better decision. Reyna as a host is excellent, always worried about every detail. She welcomed us with great warmth and kindness. The house is perfect and has everything super well implemented. I will definitely be back next time, thank you very much Reyna for allowing me to have a nice time with my loved ones!

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

Very peaceful, we had a lovely family time away from the sound of the seaside, with an amazing view, can be a little difficult to access and away from the beach. But it gave us peace of mind

Max was a great host and the space was clean and well kept and in an incredible walkable location. unfortunately the water was shut off in the evening thru the night so I couldn't shower before my early flight but that's not his fault.

Very nice house, nice place to stay

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

For the last fourteen years, my husband and I have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in Miraflores. Hands down, John’s property beats them all. Unfortunately, we’ve been spoiled by this wonderful condo. The photos are accurate, the balcony is wonderful for hanging out,people watching, having breakfast or enjoying evening cocktails while enjoying the city lights. The open concept is beautiful, and the bathrooms spotless with wonderful showers! And the separate washer/dryer worked perfectly. The bedrooms are quiet at night, and the WiFi worked good. And finally, it was nice to have access to tvs that had multiple channels, without having to utilize a streaming service (like other properties only had). John, you hit it out of the park. We hope your wonderful property is still available for our next visit.

My family and I were very comfortable, everything clean, beautiful, the place is very nice, the swimming pools are nice and large and close to the beach! I recommend it 😊

The apartment is very cozy, despite being on a busy avenue there was no noise inside the apartment. As it is a commercial area, you have easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

Very nice apartment! It is a super comfortable and spacious duplex, it has everything you need to be on the beach for a few days and with a nice terrace and pool. Its location is super good, super close to the beach. Highly recommended, also for the service and attention of the hosts, they care that everything is good for the stay and are super friendly and attentive at all times.

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.

Luis's place truly felt like home away from home. We got there after 16 days of exploring the country and it was a perfect place to catch our breath and take it easy for 3 days before our flights back home. The location is perfect; within a walking distance to the grocery stores and to the malecon to go for evening walks to see the sunset. Even though it's in a busy area we were surprised how quiet the apartment was; in the mornings we would wake up to the sound of chirping birds!
