Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

The apartment is beautiful, the view from the balcony is wonderful and not to be said of the overall attention of the building, the delicious pool.

Really good place to stay in Lima. The apartment looks better in reality than in the pictures, and the view is amazing. It has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. I stayed for a couple of weeks and was very well suited for that. The neighbourhood is good, safe and clean. You're in walking distance to any supermarket, restaurant or attraction in Barranco and Miraflores. Ana Maria is a great host, helped with everything and responds fast to any question. Great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

A lovely apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. Really easy to find and check in, Angelina is so good with communication. She was so helpful with checking in which made checking in really easy and made sure we were okay during our stay and checking out was easy. It was super super clean and very well equipped cooking wise. Everything is very modern. The balcony is very cute with a great view. Thank you so much, we couldn’t recommend enough!!!

A1. The whole experience was immaculate, the pictures of the skyline views doesn't do the whole place justice, absolutely amazing. The building is secure and there's 24/7 assistance. Restaurant, Bars, Supermarkets, Banks, Pharmacy, EVERYTHING is walkable distance.

This is the second time we stayed at Sofia’s place. Her home is great for big families like us that travel together. Great location to Uber or walk where you need to go. Everything is always clean and easy to feel right at home. We will be back in the future!

Place was great. We went on a family trip, to rest and enjoy not only the beach of San Bartolo but also of the facilities. Great terrace and pool!!! A good place for a grill and wines. Recommended 100%

Great to stay with many people, big house

We stayed for a month with the family, we really enjoyed the pool, especially on weekends when the beach is crowded, we prefer to stay in the apartment. We enjoyed the grill, the house has everything you need to grill. If the night was cold, we could light the fireplace. The layout of the rooms allowed us to have our children who are adults with their partners comfortably in each room, since they have a queen bed. One of the rooms even has a bunk bed where my granddaughter slept. Everything was very good, very happy with our stay.

We had some specifics during the check-in and some setbacks during the stay and Francisco was very attentive and helpful. The property is the same as the photos and the description. I already knew the area and I really like it. Without a doubt, I will return!

This is the second time we have stayed and are always happy. The housekeeping Pedro is very attentive and kind and Javier is an excellent host.

Very peaceful, we had a lovely family time away from the sound of the seaside, with an amazing view, can be a little difficult to access and away from the beach. But it gave us peace of mind

This is the 2nd time we stay at this typical Miraflores House. It has everything you need for your short or long stay with the ocean near by, amazing views, restaurants etc. The cozy house is comfortable, well equipped and it was perfect for the 2 of us. I would keep coming.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

For the last fourteen years, my husband and I have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in Miraflores. Hands down, John’s property beats them all. Unfortunately, we’ve been spoiled by this wonderful condo. The photos are accurate, the balcony is wonderful for hanging out,people watching, having breakfast or enjoying evening cocktails while enjoying the city lights. The open concept is beautiful, and the bathrooms spotless with wonderful showers! And the separate washer/dryer worked perfectly. The bedrooms are quiet at night, and the WiFi worked good. And finally, it was nice to have access to tvs that had multiple channels, without having to utilize a streaming service (like other properties only had). John, you hit it out of the park. We hope your wonderful property is still available for our next visit.

The apartment is very cozy, despite being on a busy avenue there was no noise inside the apartment. As it is a shopping area you have easy reach to restaurants, shopping malls, etc

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.
