The place is very spacious, we had a pleasant stay. Excellent ocean view from the apartment on the 11th floor. It has 3 very nice pools and warm water. The children's pool has a really fun little slide/ slip. The place is very clean, spacious kitchen. Would definitely come back again.

Tamara was super friendly and very willing. The apartment is perfect, very nice and very neat. The amenities work great. I only recommend reading the home instructions well to avoid confusion.

Spectacular apartment, very good and fluid communication with Goretti and Abril, we rested a lot and we were very quiet, the toilet and perfect indications. 100% recommended. Maybe a suggestion would be for upcoming travelers to consider bringing beach chairs and umbrella, since getting a space in the beach club is almost impossible on weekends with holidays, but that is a detail that does not obscure the good of the accommodation and the service they gave us, we felt right at home!, thank you!!! Great place matches all the photos the host was very nice we had issues with the water but x issues outside of him got the problem fixed for us quick my family was happy I'm sure we'll be back soon

Mary Carmen and Karina (the chef) were amazing to work with, ahead of my trip, and also while I was there. The house and space is GORGEOUS--the views of the ocean, and outdoor space were even better in-person than the pictures! It felt like our own little resort, which was perfect!

Everything was perfect! It's much nicer than the photos. The hosts are an always pending beauty. Super secure the subdivision. Access to the private beach and beach club all very nice really and very friendly. The best family vacations. We will definitely be back for the next vacation

The apartment is great, clean rooms, impeccable bathrooms, excellent kitchen (you will find everything), comfortable room, air conditioning cools all the depa very well, the staff working on the island are very friendly, you have the pool and access to the beach practically leaving the apartment. There is a restaurant near the pool so you don't have to leave the complex to eat, on the beach there are awnings that are assigned to you as you arrive at no extra cost (excellent organization), the beach is great for the kids to enjoy the sea. My family loved this place and the departamento, of course we are going back. The host's attention was excellent, the directions clear. Feel free to rent this apartment.

We enjoyed a few days as a family in Ernesto's spacious apartment, very nice terrace to see the beautiful Acapulco sunsets. We found all the utensils, casseroles, and appliances needed to cook and even do laundry. The complex is big and safe, there are many things to do, we will be back as soon as we can!

We had an incredible time, we felt right at home, Martha's attention was impeccable , every day we received cleaning from Magda , very well cared for facilities and the apartment has everything you need in addition to being very comfortable for being ground floor . We'll be back soon soon Viviane
