Apartment vacation rentals in Playa de Mogán

Excellent stay (late January 2025) in this apartment, recently renovated, in a quiet building where the hallways look a little outdated. Very good location on the seafront, spectacular view, lots of bars and restaurants on the boardwalk but the place remains peaceful. Santa Catalina bus station (guaguas) is a ten-minute walk away. The description and photos are in line with reality, and last but not least, the apartment was provided with the essentials to start well, bottle of wine, water, coca, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, chips,..., cleaning and laundry products.

Look just like the photos, excellent location for maspalomas, and good restaurant recommendations from Fred. Well equiped kitchen, AC was helpful even in January given the apartment is primarily underground and warmed up with sun during the day. The pool was lovely and warm which our daughter really enjoyed. Thanks for a great few days!

We had a great weekend. Spectacular terrace and super comfortable beds. The apartment has everything you need, and even had beach towels. Carlos was super attentive and check in and check out was flexible. It also includes a garage space so you don't have any parking issues. On the terrace it has BBQ and a shower. Excellent apartment quality price, we will definitely be back.

Marianka is a fabulous host and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent little property too with easy access to shops and restaurants. Very clean and well looked after.

Alvaro communicated and gave clear instructions on check in and about the place. Was helpful as I had questions about taxi and other things The apartment is perfectly located for exploring Vegueta, the old town of Las Palmas. Very nice apartment with good layout. 3 very good bedrooms. Clean and good standard. Was better than in the pictures. Delighted with everything.

Superbly beautiful location! Quiet neighbors (mostly owners). Good basic amenities! Couch can be easily converted into bed. Always pleasant communication with Nathalie/Eric/Katharina possible and prompt and friendly response (e.g. with poorly functioning drain in the sink of the bathroom, handyman who has achieved some improvement). Small drawback that the window of the bedroom does not lead directly to the outside due to the design, but through the kitchen. The quietness and the location with fascinating sunsets has balanced all the little things.

Second year staying here. Process was seamless and bungalow spotless. Will be back again.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment is in a quiet area, but stores and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Fabio and Marius were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even let us stay a couple of extra days to enjoy this beautiful island a little longer. Thank you!

A very nice studio, just steps away from the beach. Just as described, well equipped and very close to restaurants and supermarket. I liked it so much that decided to extend my stay! The host was very nice and kindly explained everything. would love to come again.

A great location--very near the Yumbo centre!

The place seemed ideal for a few nights. The stay is small but both the room and the toilet are very spacious and spacious. It was very clean everything. Magdalena made it very easy for us to arrive with directions and recommendations. We would definitely recommend the stay.

Very good, Alicia was aware of our arrival, welcomed us kindly and was very attentive throughout the stay. The apartment is a low condition, it only has a window to the street, so it can disturb the noise and light on the sofa bed, but the double bed room is more isolated. Everything is very clean, linens, towels... The bathroom is clean, with everything you need for your stay, and the kitchen is very well equipped too. In the room there is a corner as a dressing room to leave clothes, it has an iron, washing machine, dryer, umbrella.. He even lent us beach towels. For 2/3 people and a few days, it's very good. Well located, in the area there are everything, supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach a few minutes away.

The location is very good, next to the beach. The apartment is not very large but enough for a few days. Victor is very friendly and was very attentive to anything

We spent 3 nights in a comfortable apartment, very well equipped with a very nice view. Yazmina is a welcoming and attentive host. We are not used to large hotel complexes but it must be recognized that it is pleasant to have amenities on site: food, bar, restaurant, swimming pool. The beach is 300m away. We had a pleasant stay. Attention, reduced mobility, refrain because very steep and lots of steps.

Nice spacious pad in a perfect location close to the beach, shops and bars. Great communication from host, and easy check in / out process.

This is my second visit, and it was every bit as good as the first! Clean, tidy-just lovely! The hot tub was great and very private! Stroll down into the town centre. Honestly she is the best host & went well beyond being helpful-thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated, with fine beds and lovely outdoor lounge chairs. The view, especially during sunset, was beautiful. The area offered plenty to do and Flo and Manuela were incredibly welcoming. An extra plus: they even had the bed, the high chair and toys ready for our son, which was a really nice surprise. All in all a top stay – we'd love to come back!

Victors place is well located on the resort close to entrance and pool and tennis court The property has very large garden with plenty of sun and shade if needed Lots sun beds and patio areas with chairs and tables noticed there was hot tub and barbecue Inside was great space very clean well presented a well equipped kitchen with large fridge Good size bathroom plenty of towels provided Two bedrooms with lots wardrobe space I was alone But property would easily accommodate a family Thankyou victor My stay was faultless Regards Richard

We had a wonderful time in La Garita. The location and the house were great, right on the waterfront. The house was very spacious and spotless plus the outside areas just wonderful. Maria truly deserves a super host title, very communicative and flexible with check in check out , plenty of information and recommendations. We appreciate the extra things she got ready for us- thank you so much Maria . Highly recommend La Garita !!

The accommodation is perfect for small parties and larger ones if needs be. Hans has thought of everything there’s loads to keep everyone occupied from children to adults. The kitchens are well stocked with crockery and utensils. We had a brilliant time relaxing as well as going out for the day. The centralness of the location is perfect for days out. We went out to Puerto Mogan , Puerto Rico, Amadores beach as well as a few more places never more than half hour drive. The little beach in Arguineguin is a gem we numerous beach front cafes and restaurants that serve good food at a reasonable price. Then there’s the night life of Puerto Rico which is a short taxi drive away with loads of bars and restaurants. The more exclusive being around the harbour itself. Still very reasonably priced. All in all this place is a gem. Thank you Hans We will definitely be returning

The place is wonderful, falling asleep with the waves of the sea is priceless. Very clean and really well maintained both the accommodation and the entire context around, common spaces, beach. Lidia is very kind and quick to communicate.

Superb accommodation with fantastic private roof terrace. A perfect getaway in the sunshine. Our host Paula was very friendly and welcoming. The property is extremely comfortable, well equipped and super clean. It is well worth staying for a week or longer to enjoy the jacuzzi.

All good. But car is needed if you want to be flexible.
