We have been in many Airbnbs and this is the best we have had. Raúl was extremely friendly and helpful from the start. He even took an extra step to advise us on a parking ticket from a different town. Place was immaculate and in a great location, if you don’t mind a spectacular view of the Mediterranean! 5 stars all the way!

This place was great and had all amenities needed for kitchen, living, and bedroom loft area. Thank you for salt, pepper and a few extra spices. Utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans,etc, were more than adequate. Bed was comfy and more than adequate with covers, pillows, etc. Loft ceiling being low was no issue at all and made the experience unique. Stairs up to the bed were solid, and a little steep but railing is handy and no issues getting up and down. Easy in and out on ground floor and short walk to malecon and beach. Convenient to bus stops and short ride to town proper and major grocery store is -+1km away. We recommend and would def stay here again.

we stayed with two kids, and had a lovely time. although cabo de gata may be more famous in summer, winter time there is great. the village is super welcoming, small but lively: we had a fantastic Friday night with live music at a bar on the beach. the house Is right by the sea, and the waves would be the soundtrack of your stay. Raphael was so kind and welcoming! and the house is filled with art and great pictures of the area, presents of previous guests. Thanks!!! 💓

Bernardo was a kind and helpful host. We were late for check in and met us promptly. We had a problem with the shutter and they immediately answered and resolved. We returned before but for personal matters, not because of the accommodation that was excellent for our purpose and served us well. I recommend it!

The apartment’s living room, bedrooms, and terrace have spectacular views of the Mediterranean. It’s perfectly clean and very comfortable and is in easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops in the port. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with its excellent appliances, as we needed to cook for two holiday parties we were attending. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in town!

The host was very helpful! The house was very clean and is located in a location with many nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The condo has direct access to the beach. I only felt sorry that the pool at the time of my stay was only open on Saturday. I would recommend this place 🙂

Beautiful well-equipped house, ideal for 4 or 5 people. Very nice view on Almerimar, access to the residence's exceptional swimming pool: very large, hot and supervised water. Very nice welcome from Edwin, it feels very available, and always ready to be of service.

The accommodation is in a good area of Almeria, 15 min from the beaches of Cape Gata and 15 min from downtown Almeria. Fidel a state pending at all times and has given us directions to eat, highly recommended. The house is great for 7 people we were, and the common areas are great, pool, paddle tennis,.. It should also be noted that it is in a closed development, with green and pedestrian areas. To repeat!!!
