Phil was extremely communicative and responsive. House was functional with all amenities as described. Centrally located in Omaha but some temporary construction on street during our stay. Thanks for giving us a place to land!

This beautiful clean Airbnb was perfect for a family gathering. It’s in the country so it’s very private, and there was some wild turkeys to entertain us.

We had a great time! Was a great place for kids to stay big backyard and also great for pets! If you are wanting a fun weekend stay in Kearney this is the place to stay. The instructions were clear and easy. The home provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing stay.

Last stop on our 4500 mile cross country move. This is a cozy cottage. Quiet and peaceful allowed for a restful nights sleep. Ample parking with room to not have to back up with trailers in tow. James and Candice were responsive and flexible with our after midnight arrival. Enjoyed our stay, wish it could have been longer. I do recommend following the directions provided from host and look at an aerial map like Google maps prior to arrival as I’ve seen comments about getting lost but had no trouble finding the place by just looking at the map online.

This place was perfect for a Christmas vacation with plenty of rooms for our children that flew in from out of town . Beds were comfortable. Great kitchen and supplies to support the cooking we had to do. Hosted our future in laws for a holiday dinner and the house accommodated the event perfectly. We had a great time. Plenty of room and great floor plan. By far the nicest air b&b I’ve rented in Lincoln.

PERFECT in every way!! We live just across town but needed more room to host out of town guests at our house. Will definitely stay again when the our house fills up and we need more room for people to sleep!! Recommend the place 💯 %!

This was my third time staying at Jessica's place, and it won't be my last! I've said it before in my previous reviews, but the photos really don't do this lovely, new, clean apartment justice! It's in a very nice, large, newer apartment community with a nice workout facility and an attached garage with private entrance directly into the apartment! That is SO nice and one of the main reasons I booked here this time. Lincoln was having an extreme cold snap (as was much of the country), and knowing I would be able to drive right into the garage and unload my things without having to be outside was ideal. Beds are comfy, large master bath, big kitchen with large island, washer and dryer - -this place really has it all. Thanks again, Jessica!

Great stay for one night. The walls were thin, someone was playing music; not sure where it was coming from either upstairs or the house next to us but overall it was a quiet stay. It was a 5 minute drive to the Old Market, that was perfect! Clean and nice inside the little place. Would recommend!

The accommodations were fabulous. The host was responsive, flexible and incredibly friendly. In a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The gym, laundry room and building were clean and well maintained. The apartment was equipped with a lot of travel essentials so we didn't have to pack too much. The bed was incredibly comfortable and those pillows were lavish. We had an incredible time in this place and we'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! Had a great time walking to restaurants and bars. Everything was so close and the view was outstanding. Best view in the Haymarket! Definitely would love to stay again for a weekend get-away.

She was so awesome to us we will definitely be back . My grandkids just loved it there as we did too .

We had two couples stay for College World Series. One is handicapped and we found Tom’s place to be extremely easy to navigate with a walker - wide spaces, walk in shower, etc. It was a very easy drive to downtown and Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Wow! This condo is stunning and in an amazing location. We had three couples stay here for a Husker game weekend and we enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed our time. The rooms are spacious, as are the common areas. We loved the private outdoor rooftop area. What a gem!

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

I love the balcony and how u can sit out there and enjoy the fresh air in the morning.

I had an amazing stay at Ryan and Lacey's place! The apartment was spotless, just as pictured, and came with great amenities. As a woman living by myself for a couple of months, I felt extremely safe here. The building is full of kind and helpful people, making the experience even better. The apartment truly felt like home, with plenty of things to do around the area, including fantastic brunch spots and great places to hang out with friends. Ryan and Lacey have been exceptional hosts—some of the best people I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to assist me, even in a difficult situation I inadvertently caused. Their kindness and understanding are something I'll never forget. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem!
