Thank you victoria because you made our short stay amazing. The place itself is amazing , tidy , quiet and 1 minute away from the beach.

I would like to point out that there is little sea and much forest. You need to park on the roadside 2 minutes away by sea and walk 60-70m to the beach. I would like to point out that it is a very quiet and calm holiday site only because it is the end of summer. The house was clean,well furnished, and the water, which was not due to our hostess, in general, was a little limited by the fact that the water was not drinkable. We evaluated that there was a mosquito problem, but we were not very uncomfortable. & Thank you for everything It was a high price-performance stay. Thanks for everything

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had 4 beautiful days in the accommodation. She offered everything we imagined. Check-in was flexible and we were also offered a later check out. We definitely recommend the place

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

We had you a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful. with a magnificent sea view. We were three minutes walk to the beach. There is enough to restore this five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes away (Thessaloniki city) an adorable neighbor who prepared us incredibly good Greek specialties I thank Maria. I strongly advise you to do this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing football with big boxes, which was Unusual, for us but especially funny. This was our very first trip and would it have to be done again. We'll be delighted. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until we arrived. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.

We felt very, very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and very nicely furnished. From our hosts, we received great tips on tavernas in the village and also lots of information for activities. If, like us, you arrive in the fall and can no longer sit on the terrace in the morning and evening (because too cool), it gets a little tight in the kitchen for more than 2 people. But that wasn't a problem for us either. Thank you very much for the great time

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

Everything good. Responsive and helpful host, place is better in person than on pics, very new and clean. No complaints :) Supermarket and many restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Car is definitely recommended to get around to the sites/beaches in the region :)

The house is impeccable and with a fully functional pool, on its own plot with very beautiful layout. It offers all the amenities as described. The place was really spotless. The equipment was more than enough. It is located in a very quiet location, close to the sea and with markets and restaurants next to it. There is a private parking, secure. Finally, the host Vangelis, is available any time for any assistance, hospitable and very kind. We felt right at home. We'll be back.

Great stay, the flat had everything we needed. It was about a ten minute walk to the shops and plenty of buses and taxis around to go into the city centre.

It was such a great stay! Not only was the location 10 minutes away from the beach, and very clean, but also our host was so great! He provided us with oil and coffee and salt and all the basics that too many hosts neglect now. Additionally he gave us fresh peppers from his garden and even drove us into town, and gave us suggestions on produce and bread. To top it off, he and his wife made us pizza and got us a bottle of wine. This was one of, if not the best, experience dive had on Airbnb.

The reality exceeded the photos we saw. A real gem of Mrs. Anneli's house. Spotless, bright, functional, spacious, quiet had everything we needed. Mrs. Anneli was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, she generously offered us her hospitality in her lovely home and we had a great weekend. Thank you Ms. Anneli, we will visit again!

In short: absolutely amazing! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake to the beautiful and top clean property. Familial, warm, open, you will be welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice stretch of beach is super quickly accessible by car. There are loungers for a drink here. The path to the promenade with many good tavernas is also short. I would have loved to stay much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and again a thousand thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a pleasant stay at Dimitris' apartment. Dimitris was a very responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The highlight was definitely the spacious balcony with its unbeatable sea view – a perfect spot to relax. However, families with young children should be aware that the neighbors in the building were not very welcoming. We experienced multiple instances where they complained about the noise from our children and seemed generally unhappy with Airbnb guests. Their behavior, including some threats, made part of our stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the apartment and the host were wonderful, the atmosphere with the neighbors was a downside for our family.

Absolutely love this place - our second visit this year and already planning on coming back next year. Great to have beach towels and beach beds provided and so close to the beach - love it here. Also kitchen equipped to cook in when you want and a lovely balcony to dine on or relax With a coffee or a glass of wine.

I would recommend visiting the accomodation provided by Rebeka. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next one. A Polite host, attentive, and full of advice and information. What more can you ask for.
