We enjoyed our stay at the Key Colony Continental Inn. The environment and location was described accurately by Cindy, as stated there were endless amenities nearby which made the stay feel like home. The beach at the condo was nice although we discovered a nice public beach nearby named Sombrero Beach. Overall, Cindy was a great host whom responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely comeback to visit again and again.

A lovely and unique stay in Key Largo! The listing was better than the photos, I love the ocean theme and all of the color. I particularly appreciated having access to kayaks. The hosts are also lovely and provided help as needed and recommendations. I would love to return.

This was a perfect option for our family with two little kids. It was a quiet location, full of other families and within a reasonable driving distance of a lot of attractions and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool!

Clean and pleasant. Enjoyed the big balcony. Close to US1, which is practical but which can also be heard (like probably in many parts of the Keys).

We absolutely loved our stay. All the gear was there for everything - biking, beach time, games with family, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming in the pool. Seriously so happy we stayed there. Absolutely a great stay. Great location. I hate to say so many positive things as I want the place to be my little secret for a return visit. But seriously good. It is a duplex, but the upstairs guests were amazing to be friend and hang out with. And knowing it has two spaces for rent will be nice if I can get more of my family to go to Florida and we can book both spaces in the duplex. Loved our stay.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

House was nice and clean. Great location perfect for getting to open water. Frank was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Lisa’s home was in an amazing location. Close to great restaurants. The home was cozy, lovely and very clean. The pool and backyard were wonderful to enjoy. The screened porch was great to relax and have your coffee in the morning. My son loved to catch and release fish from the dock. Very easy to communicate with Lisa and she was always quick to respond. I will definitely be back.

Alfonso is a very responsive host who provided clear details, local recommendations (multiple of which we used), and provided a place in a great location. Neighbors are friendly. Place was clean. Perfect for our family with a 14 and 6 year old.

This was a great home base for our explorations of Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Great central location. Clean and so much space for our family of 5. Our boys loved the pool during the day and the poker table at night! Just a note to read the description carefully. I was under the impression there was a hot tub and bubbles/jets in the pool based on the pictures, but the description says it is the same temperature as the pool and no bubbles/jets. So just read the description carefully before booking! Even with that disappointment (which was my fault for not reading carefully), the house was wonderful, and we had a great time! Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful, peaceful stay. We fished off the dock area, enjoyed time at the cabana, walked every morning enjoying the views and participated in the sunset community almost every night at the park! Great vacation for our multigenerational needs!

We were really happy with our stay and marathon. The space was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. (the beds were super comfortable, we slept well every night! ) When we had a question or a need, the host was very responsive and helpful. It was also really easy to get around to a lot of different activities and beaches. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Rachel has put a lot of care and thought into hosting! Her place was great, and Rachel was always very responsive! The location is wonderful — quiet, near Sombrero beach, and centrally located in Marathon. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Good guide book recommendations! Amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

The condo was well equipped and in a quiet spot. We loved the beach and didn’t have problems finding chairs. It’s not a huge beach so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The pool is also very nice! There are beach towels, rafts and sand toys in the unit which was great. There is an area under the building with ping pong, a mini pool table and other games too. We have older kids but would’ve loved to have found this place when they were little. It’s perfect for young families with the pool and small beach. We definitely had a chance to unwind during our stay. Desy was super responsive to my questions and messages.

We came down from Marco Island to travel through the upper/mid keys and this was a great place to stay! Very nice for 3-4 people. Great location. Loved the pool area. The beach and pier too. Can see some of the sunrise and sunset from the little balcony too. Thank you for a wonderful stay:)

We stayed for a week long spring break vacation with our 8 year old daughter. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and stated in the positive reviews, and this condo is an absolute gem. It’s not only the perfect location in the resort complex itself…so close to the pool and a very short walk to the private beach, it’s also close to both Key Largo and Islamorada restaurants and attractions. We truly had the most amazing experience…the pool is lovely any time of day, it was never overcrowded or noisy, we loved having a full kitchen for cooking meals and having snacks, the ocean view was beautiful, and the in condo laundry was so very convenient. We also loved exploring the other islands, and felt so lucky that we were perfectly located for day trips and convenience to the Miami airport as well. We would highly recommend this condo and are looking forward to staying here again, or at another of John’s properties!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

What a great condo! Felt right at home and has everything you need! Diane was very excellent with communication & details of what we would need. Would highly recommend staying here. Snappers restaurant is a great spot for lunch or dinner!

The first half of our stay went extremely well and there was plenty of space to park our boat. I would definitely stay again.

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!
