Family-friendly vacation rentals in Planos

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with water and other small touches that immediately made us feel at home. During our stay, he was always available, intervening promptly when it was necessary to call an electrician for a small external problem and even bringing us a coffee maker to make our mornings even more pleasant. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the time in tranquility. If I have to find a small flaw, some details may benefit from some extra maintenance, but overall everything was at the top. Also, the host allowed us to check out in the afternoon, which was a big plus and allowed us to fully enjoy the last hours of vacation. In short, it was a really positive experience and I highly recommend this villa

We had a great time: very large apartment, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the windows. Quiet area and close to Alykes beach. From there, we moved easily to visit the whole island. Dimitris was really always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, her mom made us try some typical sweets made by her for us and really great. We recommend it to anyone who wants to feel good in Zakynthos and enjoy the holiday!

What a wonderful experience this was for our family of five. The communication prior and during our stay was amazing - Denia provided a personalized 1st class experience from check-in to walk through to recommendations for local restaurants, to having the home ready and easy to transition into upon our arrival. The house is spacious, clean, modern and comes with all the amenities - our kids loved the pool and the ping-pong table was a big hit. Views are incredible - waking up to seeing the sea every morning was a such a gift. Quiet area and only a short ride to town and other other activities. Highly, highly recommend.

Villa Calma was an amazing place for our 3 families to stay. It has amazing outdoor space, a beautiful pool; and swimming in the ocean just down the rocks. Sea there was amazing for snorkelling. Short walk to a small beach and 2 great restaurants. We loved the quiet location. Angela is an amazing host. 6 bedrooms were perfect for us. Kitchen is stocked ok, but would be useful to have some more utensils. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it.

WOW! We were speechless and thrilled from the first second! We have recovered incredibly during the week - with the best view on the island. The finca was very clean and everything was thought of. We were very nicely welcomed and the fridge was fully equipped. We've never had such luxury in an Airbnb. The only thing that bothered us was the doors. Unfortunately, they were very noisy and so you woke up the other family members if you had to leave the room at night. Also, there is a crazy rooster in the neighborhood that has crowed non-stop. Of course, no one can help it, but I thought it was important to note this. Thank you for the great experience also to Denise & Rafaella. We will be back :)

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

My friends and I stayed at this property and had a great time! Very kind and super helpful host while the house is spacious, clean and cozy. Below the house you can find a bar and a paninar in front, while the strip of the clubs is only a 20-minute walk away. We thank Peter for everything and highly recommend this facility.

The host was very nice and gave a lot of helpful advice, the cats in the yard were cute and slimy.

It was an amazing stay! The beach is literally 3 minutes away (and it’s a nice little beach). The city alikanas is 5 minutes away by car. Nikos was very friendly. And the dog is just the cutest. I can recommend!

The villa is centrally located on the island. On average we were on the road for 30-45 minutes (we love getting out on it). Within 300 meters there is a supermarket where you can buy all the first necessities, including fresh bread every morning. The villa was very clean and spacious for 2 people. Great beds, air conditioning. Every day the villa was cleaned and tidied up. Extraordinary! A beautiful view of the bay and with a lovely swimming pool. You have a lot of privacy and it is quiet. The owner Pavlos was very kind and accessible. If we had any questions or things needed to be resolved he was there quickly and our questions were answered and matters resolved. The kitchen is not suitable for extensive cooking, but we did not have that need either (nice restaurants nearby). Highly recommended if you don't want to be in the tourist area but also not too far from certain facilities. Thank you Pavlos for the customer focus and the lady who cleaned our villa so well!

Dionisis's place is a gem. Beautiful, right by the sea! Her home is spotless, and comfortable. It felt so cozy and peaceful. The area is quiet and there are lots of restaurants, grocery stores and bars in the area to explore. On arrival Dionisis had a beautiful welcome basket with fruits and wine, was a blessing after a long flight. She had lots of good recommendations and is a kind soul. Highly recommend her place for some peace and relaxation in comfort by the sea.

Nikki was an excellent host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The outside area was excellent and very spacious with our favourite feature being the outdoor shower! The inside was great for sleeping, was well air-conditioned which was a must on the hot days and was very clean! Overall, my group really enjoyed our stay 😊

The place was very cosy and the view beautiful. In the area there were many tavernas with very tasty food. Matina was always available and very friendly. Her family works in the cafe next door and was very helpful. The cleaner was also very sweet and did a great job. Very hospitable and eager people.

Lovely villa. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings but only a 10 minute drive (€10 taxi) from Zakynthos town. It’s tricky to find but Aliki who lives next door and I guess manages the property was very helpful and spoke to our taxi driver to give directions. Aliki is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

An absolute dream, Harry's villa. Very nice and modernly furnished, every detail is right here. You have a very nice view of the sea and the bay from both the terrace, the pool and the sofa in the living room. Although the pool was not heated, we could still swim in October. Harry was very accessible and left nothing to be desired, he was very quick to respond. There are some dogs in the area that bark regularly, but it did not bother us. Walking is not optimal in the area as a pedestrian, as the accommodation is located on a mountain. However, which is not bad with this accommodation, as you have no reason to leave the villa, kitchen is also super equipped. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time!

Wow. This villa has everything. What a spectacular view and amazing pool. We went to the old windmill restaurant twice which was family run and a lovely walk down the hill. It is close to Port Nikolais where we had the most incredible boat day looking at the blue caves and shipwreck. I feel so relaxed and I’m so grateful we found this place to make memories.

There aren’t enough stars for this place. It was very comfortable. Philip was awesome to deal with, and was responsive to the requests we had. The place is like new. It is very safe, and the pool was like a spa. Philip provided a few groceries and drinks to make us feel very welcome! If we are ever back in Zakynthos, we will go back for sure!

Nice House, fair price, great stay!

Upon arrival, we were immediately enthusiastically and kindly welcomed. How the house is described in the listing, that's what it looked like in person! Clean, spacious and met all wishes! Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

A little tricky to find the road that led to the house but the host responded immediately to our call and led us there. This house is beautifully decorated and made to feel like home. The views from the house and pool area are fantastic. Very peaceful and secluded but with easy access to many beaches. The hosts are very friendly and the whole stay felt like we were hosted by family

Even nicer than in the pictures, everyone was super nice, drinks and food from the bar was great I'd love to come back :)
