Anabele was excellent from the time of booking until check out. Very solicitous and friendly. The house was very clean. It is very cozy and is close to the main beaches. We really like it!

The stay was great. the place is very nice, super equipped, spacious and practically within the beach of peracanga. Everything works properly. I've already indicated the location for close friends.

My family and I have been vacationing in Enseada Azul for a few years, but only this year did we find Fabricio's apartment and we never want to go to another one! Lol Our stay was a dream, the building is on the beach, there is no better location. The view is beautiful, the apartment is wonderful and very well equipped. Fabricio is a very kind and helpful host. We didn't have any complications, the cleaning was great, everything offered in the apartment matched the listing, check-in and check-out were super easy. Anyway, we'll definitely be back more often!

Our stay at Tatiana's apartment was Great, with nothing to complain about. It granted us the entrance very soon to the apartment, as we had traveled in the evening.

Maria is of unparalleled sympathy and affection. We received super well and was super attentive from our arrival until our departure. The house is a grace and had everything we needed and when something "missed" Maria made no effort to solve the issue in minutes. A pity I could not enjoy more, but without a doubt, when I return to Guarapari, I already know who to look for 🥰

The privileged location, steps from the beach, was an incredible advantage. We loved the amenities of the penthouse, the private pool was a luxury, and the outdoor leisure areas contributed to unforgettable moments. The service was exceptional, from booking to check-out, Maria was extremely attentive and helpful in every detail, our reception we had such a thoughtful surprise that it won our hearts at first. I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive.
