The house is on a quiet beach. All of the rooms were very clean. The stay was great and comfortable. The house is better than the pictures. The leisure area has all the necessary structure. Our family was very well settled and happy for these days of rest.

Great for those looking to get away from the rush and noises of everyday life. The surroundings are calm and quiet, the views are beautiful, and for those who like it, there is a trail that follows around the dam that is great for enjoying nature.

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. My family and I love Kathya's flat, it's actually much better than the pictures, amazing view, modern and functional cuisine, comfortable beds, the beach ahead is wonderful, very beautiful, everything was organized and clean. Kathya answered questions with speed, was with my one-year-old daughter and so I had to anticipate my checkin, and Kathya promptly authorized it. Super I indicate the space of the katya.

This space has a spectacular view. The leisure area of the building on the terrace is complete and has a beautiful infinity pool. The apartment is very comfortable and has a full kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances and modern wash-and-dry machine. The mattresses are very good and there is availability of pillows for all tastes. At the disposal of guests, there are beach chairs and cooler, which gives autonomy to explore the surroundings. The beach in front of the building is one of the prettiest on the southern coast of Paraíba. Gilvanea met us in every need and always responded with agility.

The stay was exceptional, Alberto is an extremely kind and request host, always responding quickly and promptly, being available to any guest needs and giving all the necessary information. In relation to the place, it is a large and illuminated house of impeccable cleaning, all very clean and organized, also of great location, being close to beautiful beaches and good places to have a great meal, I hope I can return as soon as possible with my family to stay. I have no words to describe how good the experience was.
