Very nice and cozy house, matches the photos and description of the house; Clean and fragrant house; Barbecue space, garden and swimming pool was what we enjoyed the most... My family and I loved it; Regina and her husband are very attentive. I hope to return on another occasion.

Our stay at Victor's was the best we've had on Airbnb to date. Dora is amazing, a strong woman with a wonderful life story, super helpful, always willing to help, loves to welcome guests into her home and makes us feel right at home! She gave us all the privacy we could have and helped us with everything! We got a warm, delicious carrot cake! We just love it! Super recommended! We'll be back for sure!

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience in the accommodation! From the moment we arrived. The place is absolutely comfortable and has exceeded all our expectations. The decor is charming and creates a cosy atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The cleaning was impeccable, and the small details, like soft towels and quality hygiene products, made all the difference. Plus, the location is perfect! Near Thermas Park(15 minutes from the park) . Without talking about the security because we are in a gated condominium. Communication with the hostess was also excellent; she was very helpful and attentive. We definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Piracicaba. we'll be back soon!

I had a great stay. I liked it. Quiet place and the house had a good structure. Mary was always available for communication, being kind and polite.

House in a gated condominium, without noise, brings tranquility. Really 5 minutes from the water park. For those who go to the park is well worth it. Regarding the house, without words, when I arrived I had the feeling of being much more spacious than in the pictures. Everything in perfect condition and everything identical to the one described in the advertisement and photos. The condominium condominium's concierge staff are very polite and attentive to explain what we had doubts. The place and the house is perfect for spending a few days with the family. The structure of the house all new and quality. These were wonderful family days and we will probably return as much to enjoy the park as the house.

Casa super clean with very large rooms. Good kitchen utensils. Gramado very large and clean pool. Simple and tasty barbecue area. Beth always responded quite quickly.

We traveled as a family and the stay was a great experience. Everything was very well organized, cozy space with a special view of the lake. We took our kayak and were able to enjoy ourselves on the lake and also have a barbecue with everything available. I thank the hostess for hosting us.

The stay was great, we were only one day because we went to the park. The house was impeccable, all very clean, super airy rooms, well ventilated. Fancy sheets and cushions, impossible to find a defect in cleaning and organization. The hosts are also super gentle, they explained to us everything they had in the house, how to get to the center on foot (which is close), and complimentary we even get a homemade bread that they were making rs (a delight, by the way). Here at home we already agreed that on the next trip to the park we will close the house with them again.
