Villa vacation rentals in Pinilla

The place was exactly as described. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Had breakfast and most suppers outside by the pool. Working with the concierges provided (Brenda) was extremely helpful. She organized, shuttle services, tours, restaurant reservations and a catamaran and was very responsive to all of our questions during the stay. Veronica the chef / cleaner for the mornings was very helpful and friendly. She made all of our breakfasts and cleaned up any mess from the night before and had a great energy. We used the go carts to drive to the beach club (10 minute go kart ride) , pickle ball (10 minute go kart ride) and for suppers at the JW Marriott (5 minute go kart ride away). Beaches are great and very close and walkable to driveable with a car or go karts. We had a car to go into Tamarindo to get groceries and go to the beaches and restaurants there as well, only a 15-20 minute drive once you are out of the resort. Overall a

Pictures don’t quite do Villa Lou Lou justice, the sunsets will stop you in your tracks. We entered the villa felt the peacefulness, the landscape & design of the place is stunning & perfect for families. The location is amazing & playa grande beach was by far the best beach around. We were able to go for a morning walk to get a few groceries if needed or a quick drive to local groceries. Be sure to step out the back doors in the mornings to hear the howler monkeys. Claire was a very helpful host with recommendations for things to do around the area. We’ll be back forsure!

Lovely home very spacious and fully equipped from top to bottom. Super comfortable. Great beds and luxurious sheets. Beautiful pool. Wildlife everywhere! Howler monkeys and beautiful birds. And some amazing iguanas

They were gone of us staying at Kenneth‘s place in Playa grande. Six siblings +3 wives. We loved the private Casitas that All enjoyed us a communal spaces which brought us together as a family kitchen was very well stocked with shockingly sharp knives, which is somewhat unheard of in Airbnb’s. I would highly recommend the thing that this beautiful Villa spread over such a large area area so full of birds, holler monkeys, iguanas, and a glorious array of flora wherever we looked. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and no matter what time of day or what love love tide. It was such a beautifully diverse ecosystem to enjoy. The water was very accessible, even to some of us with mobility issues if you have a good size group of people, I highly highly recommend Villa luna grande. You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back again to enjoy all of this.

Our stay at Antonio’s place was nothing short of amazing. Antonio was super helpful and responsive to all requests. He made our stay stress free as he provided awesome recommendations for a driver as well as a personal chef for my birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re considering it for your stay in Costa Rica, do it. :)

Maria’s house was perfect for our vacation! The location of the house created an experience like no other. The house was a wonderful setting for our group of 9 to enjoy the beach and the pool while feeling safe and peaceful. Listening to the monkeys early in the morning and then seeing them in the backyard trees was amazing. Maria’s recommendation for catering gave us the opportunity to enjoy homemade, authentic Costa Rican food. I can’t even begin to tell you how much we all enjoyed the food but the guacamole and nachos were delicious! The location was far enough away to offer a peaceful setting but still close enough for us to get around on our rented golfcart. Our next stay in Costa Rica will be at Maria’s house for sure.

Dave is the man. Not only made us feel welcome and right at home. Quick to respond. Fixed the shower in no time at all. Gave us so many great recommendations for the rest of our trip. All were exactly as expected. Thanks Dave. See you again soon.

Wow! What an incredible place. We loved it! Great value. The pool is fantastic. The architecture is amazing. Fabrice was a perfect host! I’d absolutely come back again!

The home was beautiful and well maintained. Dana, Melissa and Cris were great and always available. They assisted with booking an ATV tour and estuary tour. Dana was a great cook and housekeeper (she even helped my daughter with some math homework!).

We stayed at Casa Duna for a week as 2 families, with 4 adults and 5 teenagers. This was a great space for this type of arrangement. The teens loved being in the pool. The adults appreciated having cleaning and breakfast service, which allowed us more free time. There was plenty of room for everyone to spend time together or apart as needed. The close proximity to the grocery store and just out of town feel of the house also were pluses for our group. Our hosts Deniz and Adriano were very proactive and kind. They also shared some great recommendations that we certainly would not have found on our own. I also enjoyed hearing about their interesting story behind creating this space. Shirley, the woman who helped with breakfast and cleaning, was also extremely nice. Shortly before the end of this trip I sprained my ankle while on an excursion, and had to stay at the house resting it while my family continued the adventures. But Casa Duna was so relaxing I didn't mind too much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Hacienda Diamante! Our stay at Hacienda Diamante was absolutely perfect! The breathtaking views, combined with the stunning home featuring high-end finishes, made for an unforgettable experience. The property is incredibly spacious, surrounded by lush flora and abundant wildlife, creating a true tropical paradise. An added bonus was the well-equipped gym, which was a great touch for staying active during our trip. The on-site laundry was also very convenient. We highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle for access, as the journey up adds to the adventure. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible chef, Veronica. Her meals were outstanding, adding a whole new level of luxury and comfort to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend Hacienda Diamante to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat in nature. We can’t wait to return!

This vacation home was exactly what we were looking for with our 4 children. It was close to the beach and we were able to walk there, in addition there were a few close restaurants we could walk to that had great food for both us adults and children. The pool area was great as well, great lighting on the pool, perfect temperature, and big enough for them all to swim and cool off! Added bonus, we even got to see howler monkeys in the trees behind our house a few mornings! Tomar was very responsive and had great recommendations for us as well. Definitely would travel here again!

We had a fabulous time at this place. The house itself is beautiful and just steps away from the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We especially liked the security guard, Jose. We would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Roya. The house is absolutely stunning and in a very convenient location. The main house was beautiful decorated, kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the three separate casitas also well decorated (bonus they all had a mini fridge and coffee maker as well), the pool was beautiful and a center point for our trip. The Villa is a perfect oasis yet still in waking distance to the beach, restaurants, markets, bars, shopping, etc. Jason and Kathy are amazing hosts, they were super friendly, very responsive and offer lots of recommendations. Josue was wonderful as well. Thank you for making our time in Tamarindo so memorable.

This is a great place to stay with a large family. It was maybe a bit too much space for me, my wife, and two friends but we loved the location and amenities! The place is as exactly as described and we really enjoyed the pool/patio and the beach was a minute or two walk :) the Crazy Monkey bar is right around the corner and it does get a little rowdy on Friday night, but no complaints here! Had 4 drinks during the 2 hours window for $10! We loved our time in Tamarindo.

Wow! We had an amazing vacation in Costa Rica, and staying at Villa colibri was just like hitting the jack pot. There were 6 of us, and the room configuration was perfect to give my young adult kids the privacy they needed, and we all congregated every day in the beautifully landscaped courtyard with pool. The breach, restaurants and shops were walking distance - we sometimes drove and sometimes walked. Playa grande is a quaint village/town where you can live like locals and everyone is so friendly. Our hosts were amazing and made us feel at home. I recommend 100%, and have nothing negative to say!

What more than wow to say! The house was in excellent condition. She even took the time to leave the air conditioning on for our arrival in 1 of the bedrooms ( it was very hot that day). The pool, the rooms, the showers everything was clean and Helena was very responsive to all our requests. Very good communication from him and really done everything to take the pleasant stay. Highly recommend The villa is close to town and the road was very well done by small car. a must

The place was very clean, secure, beautiful and well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. Finally Ian is very responsive, in case of need and all the instructions were very clear.

The view was everything! We loved watching the sunset every night and just hanging out in the backyard spotting monkeys in the trees. You definitely need a four-wheel drive to get to the house. But you get used to it. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. There was an adorable outdoor cat who liked to have company. Seriously the views are spectacular and you don’t want to miss out. So peaceful and away from everything.

I just loved the place and the condominium where it is located! The house is perfect for two couples or two couples with two kids (since one of the bedrooms has two couple bars). It is spacious with a nice American style kitchen, two full bathrooms, a marvelous terrace and the most gorgeous sunset view ever: you may watch the sunset Literally from the sofa of your terrace! About location: the best ever! You are just a few steps from what I consider one of the best and most beautiful beaches of Guanacaste! And you are also close to several nice restaurants of the region. I would (and will) stay here another thousand times!

We could not have had a better stay. The place matched the pictures exactly. We enjoyed the outdoor area which had corn hole, ping pong, Jenga, and both a sauna and cold plunge. For people that don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown Tamarindo, this place is situated in a quiet and private area that was a quick golf cart ride or walk to the beach.

Excellent lodging, Doris and her family are very friendly people and were always willing to help us. They gave us local recommendations and helped us with what we requested. Private place very close to the beach, 100% recommended!
