When I arrived I met Monica and the house owner. They were super kind and polite and explained everything about the house. The instructions were clear and Monica replied very quickly if I had a question. The house has breathtaking views and is a perfect balance between beach and hiking with a local town with great restaurants and a lovely Sunday market! Sunrises and Sunsets were breathtaking. The pool was heated and great addition of relaxation. I left Santa Susana with a peaceful mind. Thank you for having me and my team ❤️ 100% recommend 😍

We were so happy with our stay at Adelina & Josep’s place. It’s a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Panoramic views from the balconies, and a short walk to a lot of great restaurants, shops, and sights. All needed amenities were provided, and we were even welcomed with a nice bottle of wine. Truly a gem of a place to stay in Girona, and at a really good price. What really stood out however was the incredibly welcoming and kind nature of the hosts, as well as their son who lives nearby. We met them upon checkin, and also had the chance to talk with them a couple of other times. They provided us some excellent recommendations of things to see and do, which we never would have known of otherwise, and which ended up being highlights of our vacation! Their son was even kind enough to drive us to the Girona FC football match we had tickets for. This home is a fantastic value, with amazing hosts, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We hope to come back soon!!

We stayed at Adriana's place for almost two weeks in October and didn't want to leave! 😊 + 1. Great location (coastal hiking trails are fantastically beautiful!) 2. Very pretty garden 3. Quiet neighborhood and privacy 4. Great amenities (from the Paellera to the umbrella - all there) 5. Great communication and helpfulness by hosts - 1. Extremely unpleasant canal smell in the house, against which even all the scents do not arrive (according to the host, this only occurs in the north wind) 2. Sleeping in during the week impossible due to the construction noise from the early morning hours (end of the season) 3. Restaurants and activities partly closed due to the season 4. Bathroom (hair in shower) and kitchen (crumbs on fridge and before microwave) unfortunately not as clean as expected due to the positive reviews. We would have liked a better value for money. But probably great in SUMMER! Overall recommended! :

Djaafar was a superb host: everything from the meet and greet with drinks and snacks, to the flexible checkout and the local recommendations. He was on hand via chat app throughout the stay and always willing to help. As for the house itself? It was great! It matched the photos and description perfectly. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. If I was being picky the pool was a bit cool but it didn't stop us, and the hot tub was there to warm up after. The location was walkable to San Pol (if you don't mind a hill) and driveable to so much including countless beaches, Barcelona, Girona and more. All in, really pleased we stayed there!

Francesco's treatment was great! He was attentive at all times and very careful that we felt comfortable. The house is beautiful, we have a very nice family Christmas. The super clean and spacious stay has many amenities. The scenery that can be appreciated is great! Thank you very much Francesco, you have a wonderful house and your treatment is perfect, you are attentive to all the details. We hope to go back!

The house is very nice. Big, clean, many facilities including swimming pool, internal elevator, gym. In the house, electric grill, coffee maker, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, everything you need is there. It’s so convenient. It’s so nice that out of my expectation! Moreover, it is conveniently located, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Lesseps metro station. All major tourist attractions are within 30 minutes ride. The house owner is responsive and responded quickly. I recommend this house without hesitation.

A warm space to enjoy as a family. A highly recommended place to disconnect from the city and rest and breathe fresh air. The place is as described in the description, and above all allows you to take advantage of the time with many options of board games and plenty of space to play with the children. In conclusion, a highly recommended place to enjoy as a family.

What a wonderful week we had in this beautiful house. It is spacious, well decorated and has all the listed amenities. Jake was a great host and had left us clear instructions for our stay.

We had a pleasant stay out of season with our two children. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the port and the beach. We shone 1 week from L’Escala to visit the area. Our hosts were very welcoming.

We had a great week at Villa Sa Riera. The house and location are beautiful, although you do need the car for groceries and possibly the beach you could carry a lot. We loved the walk along the stream (through the "jungle") to the beach; we live in Switzerland so the climb back up was not so bad for us😉. We like to cook so we enjoyed the Brassero. We were there the first week of September, which is a wonderful time of year; I think the summer will be very warm because the large terrace with swimming pool is full in the sun all day. The bedrooms have air conditioning so at night will certainly not bother you heat. The house is extremely spacious, very clean and in the middle of the week the cleaning lady came again. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. There is a nice outdoor lounge but the pillows for the outdoor seating were no longer so clean; maybe we were the last renters of the season... All very much enjoyed!

We stayed ten days at Jan's beautiful villa and had a wonderful holiday. The house was pretty and the gardens gorgeous with numerous places to sit and relax. The pool was great and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace with a drink and gazing out over the views. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pals is a short drive away and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a very handy supermarket close by. We would recommend staying at Case Coene!

We had a wonderful stay here, the villa has everything we could ask for and was well maintained and clean. We were met on arrival and our host shared lots of helpful local information which helped ensure our stay was wonderful!

The house is located in a quiet and characterful development. The location is strategic, close to the beautiful villages of Pals and Begur. The house is very nice, bright, decorated with a lot of charm, good taste and warmth. Everything was spotless and in order. The crockery was complete and was enough for our group (6 people). As we love the Begur area, we tour the coves that are nearby. The towns in the area have residents year-round. A few minutes away from the development there is a great supermarket. While it was midwinter there were enough restaurants and places to eat traditional food. Outdoor spaces should be great in spring and summer! We park in the garage inside and also at the door, which was very practical (car is accurate). The Ideal agency accompanied us even on Christmas Day, responding effectively and cordially, even later with a raised incident that was resolved favorably.

Ms. Roser always looked after us. all questions were answered within 1-2h. the accommodation was clean and beautiful. it has 4 bedrooms. 3x with 2 single beds 1x with a double bed. we'll be back. greetings from Switzerland.

Isabel and Manuel are very pleasing and warm hosts. Although they live in the same house, we only saw them on arrival and to say goodbye. The view of the villa is awesome. It's very quiet. However, a car is highly recommended as it is very elevated. If you love the tranquility with great views of the sea and Lloret but still like to be surrounded by greenery (they have a very large garden with all kinds of fruit trees, vegetables and palm trees), you will love it here. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed this holiday very much.

Good stay, it does not have a coffee machine if you are to have coffee or finish the food with a dessert like the coffee you will have to go down to loret 5km…. , the garbage has to be transported from the car to 1Km to leave it in its corresponding place. It does not have shower soap, you will have to bring your own, it has only 1 dishwasher tablet (if you spend more time in the accommodation touch deep wash by hand) garbage bin with only 1 garbage bag for 3 days of stay (7 people in the accommodation) the stay was "good" advisable for the next one, not having to be aware of a blind, you pay to find the accommodation, apartment, house, apartment "good" …. In the end…. Otherwise very good! Quiet, that's what you're looking for to get away from taking care of, disconnecting, and having a good time!

The outdoor facilities here are fantastic. The pool is gorgeous and there are endless activities to keep you occupied in the spacious grounds. The house has everything you need and is furnished appropriately for a 300 year old farmhouse, but with all modern conveniences (though our small granddaughter was frightened by the stuffed animal heads on the walls!) The mosquitoes are voracious so come prepared. The owners provide plug-in repellents for the rooms and citronella candles for outside. A lovely place, peaceful and totally private. Nature-lovers will be enchanted.

We felt very comfortable in Anna's house. The pool was great and although the water was already very cool in October, the kids bathed in it every day.
