Entire cabin steps from a quiet beach, in the peaceful cabin area of Sylvan Lake. Take the boardwalk to our downtown restaurants, children's parks, and local shops! Use our paddle boards and beach gear to experience the lake. Enjoy our firepit, front and back decks, and private enclosed backyard. Parking provided conveniently out front. From our location you can walk anywhere and save the parking fees. Our cozy cabin is equipped with all the necessities you need for a wonderful stay at the lake!

The Moose cabin - Bear Creek Cabins

This is a unique rustic cabin with modern features that is located in a wooded area. It gives the feel and the relaxation of an old cabin in the woods but the wi-fi and smart TV gives you access to the world if you (against all odds) would want it. The modern features include a full 3 piece washroom, a kitchenette with fridge and stove, all bedding and towels, a SAUNA(!), a smart TV,free wi-fi, a BBQ and fire pit outside. We are a guest ranch, so there are plenty of animals on our property.

The walking trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and driving snow machines down to the lake. The fire pit, BBQ and backyard is a place to relax and unwind. No internet- just a pure escape from reality with total peace and quiet. The cabin is stocked with games, a dart board, and gas fireplace.

Our resort includes a log cabin and land that overlooks the James River. It is surrounded by trees in the Canadian wilderness. Enjoy a relaxing time in peace and quiet. Bookings are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 4 people. $35/person/night for extra guests. Pets welcome with $65 fee per pet. Electrically heated with baseboard and in floor heat

This family property has always been shared because we can't keep the beauty and serenity to ourselves!

You'll find a pizza hut and a bowling alley again within a minute walk off of 50th ave. Please note: During the summer months we accept 7 day reservations only with check in on Fridays only. Our cabin is a small walk away from the public beach, with lake views from the driveway. The views of the calm lake in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighbourhood.
