La Bicoque est une cabane atypique de 25m2, entre Terre et Mer, totalement indépendante, dans une résidence calme et agréable. La décoration esprit du littoral évoque notre belle région du sud sur le thème « mer et soleil». La Bicoque vous accueille pour un moment de repos proche de la nature et toutes commodités. Elle peut accueillir 2 personnes avec deux jeunes enfants (possibilité lit d'appoint) pour un séjour de détente assuré. Venez-vous ressourcer au soleil dans un paysage typique du sud de la France. Sa terrasse au sud d’environ 30m2 disposant d’un mobilier original de «style bord de mer», avec sa vue panoramique sur la garrigue et les chevaux camarguais, vous permettra de profiter pleinement du soleil de notre région. Venez découvrir l’été avant l’heure. Attention : La bicoque n'est pas une cabane dans les arbres mais surplombe le paysage environnant et est sans vis à vis. Accès privatif à la totalité du logement + terrasse. Nous leur indiquons les lieux à visiter, les restaurants tester par nos soins, les activités à faire dans la région ainsi que les gens à rencontrer dans l'artisanat et les producteurs. Situé à Saint-Jean-de-Védas, le logement bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié aux portes de Montpellier et à proximité des plages. Le marché du centre-ville qui se tient deux fois par semaine permet de faire ses courses auprès de producteurs locaux. Nous sommes desservis par les réseaux de transports en commun, bus et tram L2 (TAM), à 5 min. du centre du village et des centres commerciaux et à 5 min. de l’autoroute avec entrée au péage de Saint Jean de Védas. Cafetière Tassimo avec une dosette par personne fournie à l'arrivée.

I welcome you in a 25m2 studio on the ground floor of my house. Lobby and private entrance. Large bay window and exterior course. Kitchen equipped with 2 hob hotplates, fridge top, microwave, Senseo and kettle. Wifi and TV. Shower room with toilet. I offer you as an option for a fee : supply of sheets and towels / cleaning at the end of the stay/washing machine. ATTENTION located on Balaruc le Vieux. Bus is 100 m to Sete and Balaruc les Bains. Thermal shuttle. Disinfection between each guest.
