We loved this place! It was very comfortable for 2 couples. We loved the outdoor patio and the amazing view of Tuscany hillsides from there. The location was perfect to get pastries in the morning and dinner at night nearby. And Montepulciano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Our host was great and very friendly with lots of info on the area. The washer and dryer were a real plus! Our only difficulty was the stairs due to our being older and having some knee issues.

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

I would like to go in order because this apartment is wonderful Then the apartment is just like in the spectacular photos, everything parquet. A beautiful, super-equipped kitchen, from A to Z, there was everything and more water, coffee machine, coffee, coffee, salt, salt, lots of sugar capsules The dishwasher soaps of all types the washing machine dryers double sept towels high amount foam foam soaps underneath the bedroom with a new mattress soft sheets and duvet that smell clean There is a wonderful balcony overlooking the city at night I let you imagine the spectacle of the city and wonderful lights so as not to forget the beauty of the super elegant stately building with 2 elevators even more a silence and peace that can be found in other condominiums plus the Conad supermarket 5 meters from the accommodation and a 5-minute walk from the historic center (Thomas' kindness and professionalism I can't forget it, of course).

The apartment is in a fabulous location and overlooks the piazza. Close to restaurants and the Gelateria. The apartment is so central and is comfortable, warm and welcoming. All amenities as listed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Francesco communicated well and instructions to park and get to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Close to all the attractions, comfortable bed, lovely shower and what a view over the piazza. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in San Gimignano.

The only problem was that we booked only one night. The view from the yard is amazing, the bedroom is designed in a way that makes you never want to leave, the kitchen is convenient for cooking, and the apartment is very close to the town. A perfect place—too bad there aren’t more than 5 stars.

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. Place was nice, 2 good sized rooms. TV & other amentities in smaller bedroom were unplugged. The space is easy to access & host was nice. However, there were ants on a bed, on floors & in bathroom area.

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

Carolina provided my family and I an incredible escape in the hills of Tuscany during our stay. Everything was well-provided, as listed, and the location also provided us the opportunity to get around more easily within the area. Thank you for making my Mother’s retirement trip so memorable, would love to come back here again in the near future!

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Rossella's place is comfortable, spacious, well-structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very spacious, a nice well-kept garden, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We definitely can only recommend Rossella's place.

The place was great. Such a peaceful place with amazing views of the countryside. The road is a little rough, so drive carefully, but the place itself was amazing. Bryan and his wife were super kind and helpful. They make you feel at home. The property was so beautiful and great to explore. Definitely recommended!

Thanks for a fantastic few days Massimo! I don't think we could have picked a better place for our Tuscany holiday. The view of the valley was beautiful and the apartment was the perfect size for us two! The cooking class was amazing and we really loved the wine tasting at the local wineries as well.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Cora and Carlotta were fabulous to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartment is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin! The location is the cherry on the top!!! Right in the middle of the main square with a fantastic balcony to enjoy the busy square. Loads of shops and restaurants literally at your door step! Where do I begin? This place is just lovely. My husband, two young kids and I stayed here for a week and we loved it so much. We felt right at home. Andrea and Antonella hosted us with so much care and love. We felt like family, and they were so kind and thoughtful with our young children. They allowed us for a flexible check in and check out and provided baby gear needed. Antonella helped us with a tricky parking situation and dedicated time to helping us move our car and bring out suitcases. Our kids loved her so much and she even gave them cute gifts. The location is perfect, right by the restaurants and main plaza. The view is incredible. We felt so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!! ❤️

The location of this apartment was great, in a beautiful little village in the middle of Tuscany. It is a town house over 3 floors. It had everything you need for a great stay. There is no lounge but a small kitchen with a table and an armchair but for a family of 3 it was perfect. The view was amazing especially with the low clouds travelling across the valley. The flat was well decorated. There is a couple of restaurants down the road but no shop. The main town is about 10/15mns away by car. You will need a car. We would highly recommend this place if you want to explore some of the beautiful Tuscany villages. Thank you for hosting us.

If you want a place to stay just outside the ZTL in Siena and within a walkable distance to the city centre - Massimiliano's place is the one for you! Sptless clean, easy instructions with both photos and videos, two level apartment, that has all! Don't hesitate if you are a couple of even 4 friends, the apartment was impeccable! We stayed in Ricardo's apartment for the whole month of February, 2025. We loved both Siena and the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable - and very well located, near the centre of the city, but was quiet and peaceful. Rlcardo's son, Julio provided us with some local information to get us started, and answered all our queries quickly and helpfully. He was even kind enough to give us a fascinating tour of the family's contrada museum. If we ever return to Siena (and we may do), we will hope to stay here again.
