Vacation rentals with a patio in Picnic Point

Great spot for a great price , located within walking distance of climate pledge arena which was great. Also pretty close to the water , good views, and lots of bars / restaurants in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

Great location and neighborhood. Everything looks like their pictures uploaded. If young like me and my friends this place is a perfect apartment. Smaller rooms, but nothing dramatic. Nice size living room and great view! Older house, so has some creeks, but me and 2, 24 yr old made it through with no noise complaint that we know of.

I had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's place in Kirkland. The unit was clean, bright, and welcoming, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings! Ingrid was such a friendly and responsible host, she really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect (especially during the unfortunate power outage on my first night- she made sure I had a flashlight and a candle!) The location was absolutely fantastic! I loved being able to take a short, easy walk to Lake Washington. The peaceful surroundings and charming neighborhood have completely sold me on the idea of moving to the Kirkland area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and beautifully managed stay!

Nancy was the most responsive host we have ever had. We enjoyed her place so much and pan to go back in the summer!

Casie was very accommodating. The place was spotless and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the parking space made it so easy to park even when coming back late at night. Casie was very clear in her communication with us, and that really helped me feel stress free about staying at her place.

Mary was a fabulous host! Everything in the home was clean and organized, she had just about everything you could possibly need and tells you that if there's anything she doesn't have to let her know so she can get it. The location is perfect! It is in a quiet neighborhood and the town is pretty close to everything you could want to go see or do. Very responsive and flexible with any and all requests. Will definitely book with her again.

I came to visit my brother in Seattle, the house was very accommodating and useful, clean and comfortable, the only thing is the downstairs unit gets noisy is someone is in the upstairs unit

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

This was our third stay at Mary's house. It is one of the best airbnb homes we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to future visitors.

Nice 2 bedroom place. Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Great that it had a good washer and dryer in the kitchen. Handy for the light rail network into Seattle. Happy to recommend.

Perfect location! I loved being able to walk to all the neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The dedicated parking spot was very helpful since street parking is for 2 hours unless you have a permit. The unit was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with plenty of towels and there’s also access to washer/dryer. Highly recommend this place!

Woohee's home was a perfect space to host my family for Thanksgiving. It was as described and very clean. Parking was as expected in Seattle but we never had to walk more than a block. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Woohee was a reliable and friendly host - communication and accommodations on point.

We had a great two night stay at Koki's. Great location, very close to the airport cause we are in transit so that's was pretty easy. We are thrilled to see the beautiful valley and mountain view from the deck of the house, gorgeous view. The house is very new, nicely decorated and we can find everything we need for our family of five. Would definitely come back if we visit the Seatac area again.

A lovely place to stay in a terrific and convenient neighborhood. Suited our family of 3 perfectly. Easy check-in and parking. Lots of interior space. And access to a big washer and dryer right in the apartment.

Fantastic choice. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The Target is super handy but also check out H Mart for groceries. The staff at the Concierge desk are lovely. Location is perfect. Very close to the light rail from the airport (get off at Symphony stop). We walked to the Space Needle. Couldn't stop looking at the views!! Definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed staying at Tetiana’s place. I thought the decor was cute and the space was big compared to most other options in Seattle. My only thing to note is that I think the parking space is way too small for a RAV4. I was able to get a Subaru Outback in there but at an angle due to the column. I think something like a mini cooper or fiat would be best. Luckily there was no one in the parking space beside of me for the length of my stay but I don’t think I could’ve managed parking with a compact SUV if there was a person in that space.

Fast easy check in. Very clean, great location down town for my stay and will definitely come back in the future. Work out gym, pool, Hot tub and sauna is what sealed the deal for me!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It was precisely what I needed, it's comfortable, clean, easy to find, and close to the I-5. It didn't take me more than 2 minutes to get to the interstate and I was able to be in downtown Seatle in about 20 minutes (weekend, off-peak hours). The place was exactly like the photos and description. If I ever need to get back to Seattle I'd certainly stay at Vagner's again.

Sean’s place could not be better situated! It’s “down the hill” from Pike Place Market. Within the last two years, Seattle has created a wonderful access bridge from Pike Place down to the waterfront, making Sean’s place ideal for walking the waterfront to restaurants and activities and getting to Pike Place Market. It’s also an easy drive to the Space Needle and Chihuly gardens and museum. While small, Sean’s place was perfect for two of us. I loved the fireplace and the view of Elliott Bay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mario’s home. Extremely peaceful with amazing views of the mountains in the distance. I felt like the pictures simply didn’t do it justice - it exceeded our expectations in every way. Would recommend to anyone!

The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.
