The apt, exactly like the photos, and when I arrived, I was surprised because everything was very organized, clean, smelling, that whim, the bath towels and smelling bedding. In the kitchen everything we need we find and also everything super organized and clean. Second time staying in this house and everything was really good. Very close to the beach. Courtyard and very beautiful, organized and clean gardens. Clean impeccable pool. The house very cozy and clean. Very nice air conditioning too. It has barbecue and a great television too. Leonardo was very flexible at check-in which was very good for us who came from a long trip. The place is all closed and very secure, has room and shade for the cars. It has a shower to get the sand off the beach when you get home. Anyway, since the first time I was enchanted by this house and after the second stay I am still delighted.

We were in his house for 10 days, we did not meet Roberto but his instructions were clear to enter and leave the house. very spacious, comfortable and safe, all the rooms with AA, the only thing that does not have to bake meals. It has a washing machine which is a relief, 2 bathrooms. it has a barbecue and wide table with sidewalks for dinner in that part, during the day the temperature depends since it is very hot, in general everything is good I comply with the characteristics described

Our home in Piçarras! The well-decorated, clean apartment but my daughter has a dust allergy and ended up attacking, perhaps because it was closed for a while. Very bad garage. But we really like the place, quite complete, we will stay there next time! It was worth it!

Comfortable, large, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, quiet to sleep and a few steps from the beach. There is not much wind circulation, even though it has strong on the street, in the apartment it does not circulate much. The washer is not dryer, but works very well, the building has a community dryer. Adryana has provided chairs, sunscreen, super quick support for what we need, she and her husband are super professionals. It was well equipped, clean, good bath and good beds. Critical point of the condominium, the grill hood is on only 1 hour, then hangs up and we have to request at the concierge. Meanwhile, smoke in the house. Other than that, everything ok.

Great option in Piçarras. The apartment is comfortable, secure, easy access to the beach and the common area of the condominium is excellent. Very familiar surroundings. All according to photos and descriptions, it would be back for sure. As a suggestion to improve comfort, I would recommend the installation of air conditioning and a washing machine.

The condominium has a large leisure area with playground for children, heated pool, gym and other facilities. Our host Heidi responded to us promptly and cordially. We had great days staying in the Apartment. When we return to Piçarras, we will certainly go back there. Recommended!
