Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Picardy

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, it's very easy to access busses and trains. It is easily accessible by RER B from the airport. The apartment is quite small, but is clean and very well organized. Baptiste is a great host. He provided us with all the information we needed, and has been checking if everything is okay and whether we needed anything. I an happy to recommend his place to other visitors.

We had a wonderful stay for the Olympics, conveniently located for Roland Garros and well connected to the Metro for getting around Paris. The apartment was clean and tidy and very comfortable for our stay. Cannelle was easy to contact for questions around check in and check out and we were very grateful for her flexibility as the timings changed with Eurostar cancellations. All in all 10/10 would high recommend!

I had a lovely weekend at Laszlo's! Very responsive host and apartment as described! Big plus for billiards, calm and brightness (when the sun shows up)!

A small apartment (hence the "mini" thing) and functional, but very cozy. In a quiet area, not a single noise on the 4 nights I was, so rest is assured. Only 5 minutes on foot from a very well connected metro station with several lines, allowing you to put yourself in 20 minutes anywhere in Paris... yes, the Eiffel tower, perhaps the most emblematic point of interest in the city, you have it only 10-15 minutes walking. There is a Carrefour City and several budget restaurant alternatives in the vicinity. Totally satisfied with the choice, and if I go back to Paris someday I will stay here again.

Our host (we were in communications with Philippe) was very friendly and always responsive whenever we had any questions, prior to the stay as well as during. Instructions given to check in was very clear & seamless. The apartment was well stocked from kitchen utensils and cooking needs, to the toilet being provided with amenities (even for baby!). Wifi was very fast. We loved the cozy apartment and it was just nice for us (2 adults & 1 toddler). Very safe for the little one to run around. Lift leading up to the apartment was quite small but it wasn’t a problem as we just made a few trips for all the luggages (stroller has to be folded) Location is very easy to get an uber, and walkable to the Eiffel tower. Plenty of eateries around if you don’t want to cook, and a proper supermarket just across if you do want to cook (has baby needs as well!) The apartment was just as shown in the pictures - beautiful and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Nick was very attentive to us. He welcomed us and gave us directions to the place. He was always attentive that we had nothing short of anything. Also the place is quite large, very comfortable. And the area is just a few minutes from the main square which we were always walking. Everything was very nice!

The apartment was very nice,for 4 people maybe a little limited but for what we needed it was great. Perfect to spend 4/5 days to visit the city. The apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator. Located in a quiet area with a supermarket in front of the house and also some places. Very close to the subway entrance. Remy was very kind and always available. Highly recommend,thank you for a beautiful stay. If we ever go back to Paris, we know who to come back to.

A very nice house pleasantly decorated and very well equipped. Comfortable bedding. The services offered are acceptable. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, home theater and billiards. The living room was very well decorated for the Christmas holidays. Thanks for the thoughtful touches. We had a great Christmas with the family. Thank you so much.

We had a great time at Hichem's place. Everything was perfect. The decoration is beautiful, we love the fact that everything was done by him because we follow him on social media and love his creativity. The accommodation is very clean. My children were delighted by the atypical rooms including the bedroom with the bed in a ball pool and the hidden cinema. Hichem is very responsive to the questions I was able to ask him and responds very quickly. We'll try again with their second place next time. Many thanks Hichem and see you soon. 👋🏼

Small but functional and in a great location. Aurélie welcomed us in person, which is very nice. At your disposal a complete binder of recommendations, addresses, visits to do, restaurants, useful numbers... The terrace/garden is sunny and pleasant, the view from the master bedroom is clear and we even see the sea! The dining area in the kitchen is a little cramped for 3 adults but the kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the accommodation. A perfect place to stay in the heart of Mers -les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant stay in Allenay, from where it is easy to move to the nearby cliff and beach sites (Ault/Mers/Le Tréport/Cayeux), or to St Valéry or even Le Crotoy. It is possible to go by bike from the dwelling to explore the surroundings. The place is very quiet, the accommodation is very well appointed, well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 4 and this was largely appropriate.

Great rental everything matches the photos. We had a great time and enjoy with the family. Thanks to Alain for his kindness and always available.

Very good pleasant welcome, it's really to be recommended , easy to access , close to the Porte de Versailles 10mn walk , local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the extra morning. All equipped That's perfect .

Grégory was very proactive in communicating directions and helped us in person to check-in, so getting there was very easy. As a lot of reviews mentioned, the place was even better than the pictures, the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful, flat was spacious, warm and cozy and we really enjoyed spending time there after sightseeing in the cold. All electric appliances are high quality and very comfortable stay. Grégory also helped us keep our luggage after check out too, overall a great stay, would love to come back!

Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Le Touquet. Karine was always responsive, Karelle checked us in and even though we didn’t speak French she welcomed us and was nice and friendly. We checked out with Karelle’s father and he was a really lovely man. The kitchen had everything you needed as well as tea, coffee, olive oil and seasoning. Having a dishwasher was also very good. Towels and bed sheets were also provided. Young children would also be really happy here as there was lots of games and jigsaws available to play with. Thank you Karine, Karelle and Karelle’s father for letting us stay in your cosy modern apartment. 😊
