Had an amazing time staying here! Was a safe neighbourhood that was near all the nice cafes & beaches!

Good location. Kamala beach is about 15 minutes by walking, 3 min by motorbike. Bangtao and Patong about 15 min by motorbike. The house was nice but from toilets were stinking probably from pipes. Communication with host was good, but could be better. In our generally opinion we do recommend

everything was perfect, the place and the garden is beautiful as well as the surroundings

Quite spacious new house, great for the five of us ( three adults +two children). Everything you need in the house is there. We often stayed in the area, this time we loved that the house is more secluded, a wonderful view of the hills. But you need to be ready that you will need to rent transport.

It is a good villa with a nice swimming pool that we almost stayed to swim all the time. We always get quick responses whenever we need help.

Great Location, easy to find and easy check in and check out loved it there, loads of local thai restraints to choose from, only 10 min drive to phuket town or 20 mins to rawai beach, place very clean plently of space highly recommended, host is amazing and help with all of our needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful home with parking, gated private entrance and pool. Walking distance to pharmacy, 7/11(with ATM) food venders (which were amazing). Short drive to grocery, malls, markets, and many attractions. House is very spacious, 3 bedrooms 2 bath and a large kitchen. There were 5 of us 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the space was perfect. There was plenty of towels and sheets etc. We stayed a month and did our own cleaning and laundry (plenty of space outside to hang clothes, and if needed a laundrymatt was just around the corner) There is a cleaning service if you like. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. Two sliding glass doors, one off kitchen and one off living room , both lead to backyard/pool (pool was very clean )The owner was always a phone call away if we needed anything and responded quickly. The neighborhood was very safe and we felt very comfortable.

We had a perfect vacation! Robert is great person and host! He gave us a lot of good tips, was always available for any questions. Really pleasure to spend time in his apartment. If you want to spend time on nice, quite place with perfect Ao Yon beach, good restaurants, masage centers and perfect host you are on The right place. We will be back next year! We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

Great stay at her apartment as it was spacious and clean! Furthermore, the sea view was so amazing and I enjoyed chilling at the balcony. Would highly recommended staying here!! :)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless and impeccably maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. This is a wonderfully private villa in a very nice group of modern villas. It is very very safe. The house is very large and the hosts are responsive.

Was a good place to stay, it is super central location to all of Patong beach and Bangala road. The restaurants nearby were super good and everything you need is around. You do have to go in and out of the massage salon it is overtop of to get into your house, the ladies at the salon were super kind and helpful!

Beautiful house, beautiful walkway. You are really close to the party streets but far enough to get some quiet time.

My wife and I got exactly what we expected. The room was not the Taj Mahal but we didn't pay Taj Mahal prices. We got a fair room for a fair price in an area that is crazy with people. The staff are amazing and Feng keeps himself available if something is needed. We would stay again.

One of the best places that I’ve stayed in, very fancy villa amazing pool! The villa is really spacious. The view from the living room is outstanding! Highly recommended with the amazing Hosts.

Surprising sea side house with so many shops nearby, we don't need a car to meet all the travel needs.The most important thing is that this house is very quiet!I absolutely loved the terrace upstairs and it was nice to watch the ocean for coffee.Thank you for the help of the host, I will choose here again next time!

Very nice Villa! Perfect for a family or couple. Waking up and having that nice pool for you is just worth it. Very quiet location and everything easy and clean. I would recommend it

Great villa with a beautiful pool. The place was clean and tidy. Location is also excellent - not too far from the main Patong area but also quiet and secure.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It had a beautiful entrance and the place was very unique and nice. The receptionist was also very kind. Our only concern was the annoying amount of mosquitoes and geckos that kept making their way inside the house somehow. I do know that they mention that mosquitoes are inevitable in Thailand but we were very careful not to leave any doors open and we were quick to come in and out of the house but still ended up killing 3-4 mosquitoes every single time we returned. They are definitely making their way in from somewhere other than the door.

Jacob was very responsive and open to adapting to fit the needs of our group. Great host, great home, and great location.
