Very pleasant place to stay, near to the small harbour and restaurants. The pool is great. Dimitrios is a very helpful host, making sure that everything was perfect for us.

Our visit was like staying in the home of old friends. You could not ask for a nicer couple, who live on the ground floor. If I were going to build a new home on Greece, I'd do everything just as they have. Highly recommended.

It's one of the prettiest homes we've ever stayed in. So beautiful we wanted to stay in the house and not explore the island :-). It is new, spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, equipped with all amenities, with air conditioning and TV in every room of the house, with huge private parking within the plot, in an amazing location that you can have access to the whole island, next to Koukounaries and close to many restaurants and infrastructure. In addition, Chrysoula is a very warm and kind person who was very helpful and kind. We will be very happy to go back and highly recommend it for a great experience and stay in Skiathos.

We were two couples with a total of three children. Our stay was impeccable. The owners were friendly, helpful and offered us many welcome gifts! The location is quiet and cool. The house is beautifully decorated indoors and outdoors, with all essential amenities! Very nice yard with parking for 2 cars. I would definitely go again! Thank you!

Great choice for someone who wants to visit the area. The house in a very good location very close to the park. The space was extra clean and more than described. Combined with the wonderful host, Haroula, who made sure to suggest food options days before we arrived, it felt like home! We'll definitely visit it again 😊

A quiet and peaceful place for privacy and relaxation.

We had a great stay. We stayed at Angie’s home at the end of March. Weather was great and we had lots to do in the area. We had plenty of room in the home to spread out and settle in. We are a family of 4 from the US on our first trip to Greece so we needed a little extra help with some basic operating instructions for appliances and heaters. Angie was very fast to get back to us with clear instructions. Not 5 minutes after we arrived we locked the keys in the house. She had someone there to save us in less than 10 minutes! We did have a little trouble finding the home as it is set off the road down a private driveway. Her instructions were very clear once we figured out how to update our phones. The home was very spacious and the kids had plenty of room in the yard to visit with some rabbits and chickens, we could walk to several Caffès and restaurants. We loved that she had extra blankets and pillows, also one of the only rentals that had a dryer and that was very important to us!

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Averoff in Euboea! Our large group of friends, including many kids, found the villa to be perfect for our needs. The property is a stunning 200-year-old estate with a rich history that adds a unique charm to the experience. It's amazing to stay in a place with such a storied past. The villa is spacious and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The swimming pool was a huge hit, providing countless joyful hours for both the kids and adults. Our host, Alexis, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He ensured we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond to any questions. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Staying in a place with such historical significance made our trip feel extra special. The peaceful and scenic surroundings added to the villa's charm, making it the perfect location to create lasting memories with friends and family. We highly recommend Villa Averoff!!

it was a wonderful stay

This is one of the most impressive Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail was perfect and the design, decor, lighting, amenities were all carefully curated. The beautiful Nancy met us outside of the apartment, walked us into the building and walked us through her beautifully decorated and well stocked apartment. From slippers and robes, to coffees and teas, to fresh linens, there was nothing we were left wanting. On one side of the apartment we had the view of the sea and the other the castle… we could walk to the port in 8 min and we truly couldn’t of asked for a better respite to get a taste of the city and a respite from our sailing adventure. We highly recommend.

The BEST air bnb I have ever seen, most organized and super helpful. Nancy & Nikos have taken it to another level. The decoration is the best by far and even the most small detail has been accounted for. They were there even so we arrived after 11pm. They had everything organized and it was easy to go around and do things. We will go back to just visit and we are curious to see how the rest of the places are. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We gave the apartment and the host a maximum rating, really kind and helpful. Very comfortable apartment full of amenities. A little small for three people, but the only real problem is the lack of private parking, since in Arachova in the summer it is not easy to find parking. The host, at the time of check-in, however, accompanies guests to the apartment, and then indicates what are the closest parking lots where it is easier to find free places. We recommend staying in this apartment
