Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Phra Khanong

We love the neighbourhood around this condo. There is a very good Michelin star restaurant nearby. Shuttle service to Ekamai station is available every 30 mins. Alternatively the station is 15 mins away by foot. We also love the swimming pool with the superb sunny weather. There is a gym next to the pool too. So we recommend this unit without hesitation. And thank you Amm for hosting us!

Very nice apartment. It is clean and matches the pictures. The bed is very confortable I loved it. The building is absolutely beautiful and very modern. The security guy is truly a nice person 🫶. It was a great stay! Yoyo is a very nice person and we had a nice conversation. Just take in consideration (and it is not Yoyo fault) but the building is not located in Bangkok city center, so you need to take a cab if you want to visit. However, the building is located in a local neighborhood so if you want to be with locals and not tourist it’s nice! Also, the main road is close by the appartment so for light sleepers you should bring noise cancelling earplugs.

Host was awesome. I was arriving early and he allowed me to drop bags off in the room and use the gym facilities while the room was prepped. He communicated very well and everything was as described. Can't ask for much more than that. Id like to come back my next trip to this place.

Great location, right on the metro station. Gated area, there is a swimming pool, gym, co-working space, small 7/11 on the territory, cafe, coffee shop, laundry. Very quiet, you can't hear the street at all with the windows closed, the condominium area is very pleasant. Nearby there are large shopping malls, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, everything you need. The apartment itself is small, but this is stated when booking. Convenient layout of the apartment. The host provided everything you need. The only thing in the listing is that you can cook, but in fact there is no stove and hood. Host said this is due to condo rules and fire alarms. There were only electric pots in which you can only cook something. Land host was very responsive, responded very quickly, resolved all issues. Thank you!

Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, it’s great place to stay and A is a great host. Always very quick to reply and very helpful. The condo is beautiful in and out, was taken by surprise how good it is. Definitely best for the price.

5 star for airport pickup at midnight and nice swimming pool.Only downside is the bed too hard.

Great place to stay especially if you have a group. It appears that the property is also used as a hostel , but if you rent the complete property, it is only your group. There is plenty of space and restrooms for everyone. The place is very clean and convenient. There are some restaurants and 7-Eleven stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

the host was very responsive and helpful . location was superb with many restaurants and 7-11 nearby. My only issue was the steep staircase up to the rooms, gotta be extra careful while climbing up/down.

Eugene is friendly, responsive. The place is perfect, there were 9 of us and the location was quite quiet. It is easily accessible with the Grab app (check-in and checkout) and perfectly clean.

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

Cozy place with a short distant to Chinatown ! A lot of local restaurants near by. The host is very quick in response! My family and me had a great time staying here!

1st convenience stores, laundromats, pharmacies, various restaurants, massage parlors, etc. are not inconvenient to stay. The elevator has to be in line during work hours, so I avoid that time. The room is in good condition ~ I was alone, but I liked it because it was spacious. It was good for work It's also worth seeing a local market nearby. The subway station is right at the entrance Free cart service from the condo to the front door is good from time to time ~

Santi's apartment is very special and gives a consistently good Bangkok vibe due to the great view. Personally, I liked the fact that it was not right in the city center and especially the water taxi ride was really a great experience! Santi was always quickly available and helpful and was 😊 always happy to give good tips.

Great place to stay in Bangkok, the flat has everything you need and is located in a very bustling and great area, easy connection to public transport and many shopping options nearby. Easy communication with the host and the airport transfer is a big plus. The condominium offers a great variety of amenities that are easy accessible. the pool is great but was a bit cold.

My wife and I really enjoyed our week long stay at Gavin's beautiful condo. She picked us from the airport and ordered us dinner since she knew we were too tired to go out. Our flight to Phuket was very early but she showed up on time at 4 am as promised to take us as we continued on our trip. She always answered any questions we had regarding places to visit as well as recommending how to get there. The condo is in a great location as there are tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Also, the Phra Ram 9 MRT station is nearby as well. Thanks Gavin for your hospitality and we definitely will stay here when we return to Bangkok.

Really nice place to stay. Centrally located, shops, bars, restaurant's, Nana metro station and Terminal 21 is just 15 mins walk. Access to pool and gym is reserved only for guests staying at least 30 days. Despite this, enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s a cozy studio with plenty of storage space. There is a large work desk, but no dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bathroom has good water pressure and hot water, which was a big plus. From the balcony, there is a lovely view of the river. The location is excellent—right next to a big shopping mall and a pier, where you can take a boat to the city center and avoid traffic. The airport is just a 20-minute taxi ride away. The building itself is premium-class, featuring a great swimming pool and gym. There are also shared spaces with amazing city views. Nearby, you’ll find a vegetable market and several 7/11. We really enjoyed our stay, although it was a bit tight for two people. Overall, a great place!
