Superb place to stay!! We will come again & will book this place only. Very much clear with all details & all listings / amenities are part of the same. Host is helpful in giving details on nearby places to go, nights markets and even on rental bikes, bus services. Her staff are also very helpful.

A very peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. Only 40 baht to wash your clothes. The host was kind enough to book our excursion to the phi phi islands which was absolutely fantastic. She also booked our taxi to the airport for us. The resident dogs were a big bonus to me! We felt very safe and looked after. I believe this had been amended and the host has been in touch with airbnb but the directions on the app arn’t very accurate, it’s better to search for ‘eat n sleep’ directly into google maps.

The apartment is stunning. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are divine. Great advice from host re restaurants and locality. Lovely pool and sunbeds. Some noise from bar and boat yard , but worth it for the views. Kitchen needs a little tlc in places, but we loved our stay here and thoroughly recommend.

Great apartment . Really tidy and quite with a best view you can get from the Wyndham buildings complex. Anastasia was always promptly answering all our messages and supplied with relevant information. We enjoyed our time spent in 6405

Woody and his staff/team are very accommodating. They clean the room every day and they are trustworthy. We didn't have any issues staying at their place. Would love to go back and stay if business meeting venue is near. The place is near the Kata Karon Food Fair and the food there is great.

We stayed at the charm in February. The condo is clean, comfortable and is in the perfect location. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute walk to the mall and night life. Communication by text worked perfectly too! Plenty of shops, stands, and stores within walking distance. This place worked great for us and we hope to return next year!

Great location and great place to stay in Patong. Modern, great and friendly staff , always there to help. Daily cleaning included. Great bed , quiet , even though it’s close to everything. Definitely recommend!

Great for those who just need to spend the night. Very clean, guests are offered free water, coffee, tea and snacks. Room is small, but for your money - the option is beautiful Among the disadvantages - quite noisy

Great hotel for an affordable room right in Kata. Clean room, helpful host, and free water each day. We came to dive from Chalong pier and this was the perfect spot to crash!
