House vacation rentals in Peso da Régua

Laurence and Jorge’s home provided a peaceful and beautiful escape in the Douro valley! The surrounding village is small and quaint with lovely views around every corner. The roads are winding, skinny and steep - no different from any other small town or city in Portugal. The home was impeccably clean, the Murphy bed surprisingly comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. A fantastic spot!

The perfect location, with places to shop and to visit nearby, plus a pharmacy. In addition to the fantastic attention, we were provided the phone number in case we needed anything and we were sent links from places to see in the area. Everything fantastic, we will definitely come back🥰

Amazing views. really enjoyed the premises. Marcos was very responsive and helped with booking the car even. as we did not drive ourselves it was a little difficult to find a ride. The place and the surroundings are amazing. it was great for our stay for 2 days but anything more than that I would recommend a rental car. Also I learnt that Duoro valley is huge and this place isn't in the heart but at the start of the valley.

Fantastic host, very friendly, fast responses, beautiful house, hot tub worked, mattresses and couches comfortable, very clean, washer and dryer worked appropriately, kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace and bar fully stocked. Not one complaint. Will stay here again in a heartbeat! Deserves a 10 rating.

Small stone house nicely renovated. Beautiful decor. Lots of tricks to make a small space functional. A few food items,for troubleshooting, are for sale. Typical village, plan your supplies.

We had a great time at Antonio's place. It had everything we needed and he was a great host. the place is lovely with a private garden and pool with amazing views! we will definitely come again

Loved it. Playing tennis from sunset to 5am (floodlights). Bbq on the terrace. Rooms were clean. Everything about this place was perfect. We even got some tasty baked goods every morning delivered to our door Easy to get ubers and uber eats. All the boys had a great time and want to go again. Its a great villa to just chill in, you dont get bored. Loved every minute.

Our stay exceeded all expectations!!! From the host's attention to detail, comfort, quality and the beauty of the space itself. It was a series of experiences within an experience! The indoor pool is a dream!! The wood-burning oven made our delights come true, we felt at home, with a very pleasant temperature inside. The walks in the lemon grove area are quite pleasant, with the surprise of the ponies. Being 200% pet-friendly, without any kind of limitation, was the plus of the stay. Thank you and see you soon! Very nice modern house, very well-equipped. Inviting pool with lots of amenities. The laundry room and outdoor toilet are very convenient when swimming. Accessible to Porto in 35 minutes. Excellent local restaurant within walking distance of 2 houses and very warm staff. It's worth visiting Solar da Brita!! Enjoy your stay at Casa Pelourinho in Louredo :)

A great place to stay with driving distance of Great Douro wineries, miradouro with an incredible view of the valley. Very clean, large and more beautiful than the photos show. Vitor and Marilia are great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there..

Well renovated, spacious and comfortable townhouse located 15 minutes from the historic center of Porto. The accommodation is on a small street with little traffic, so quite quiet.

It was a memorable vacation. The farm is amazing, with so many things to see and do. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay at Lugar das Letras was nothing short of magical. This beautifully restored house, once an old school, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards—a true feast for the eyes. The rooms and bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully designed to make us feel at home. But what made our experience truly unforgettable were Carla and Paula, the two wonderful ladies who took care of every detail. Every morning, they prepared a memorable breakfast for our entire family, filled with warmth and care. Their kindness and hospitality turned our stay into a dream. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise in the Douro Valley. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a fantastic time living in Arthur’s place - worth every penny and a wonderful characterful house.

Very cozy house, the interior super cozy and comfortable, with everything a house needs and very clean. The exterior has a very large area, a good view, and parking inside the property. There is also a jacuzzi in a reserved area. I want to leave a special highlight to hosts who have always been very friendly and helpful.

Mr. Abrão was always super helpful, introduced us to the house and made it easy for us at check-in. The space was perfect, even better than the photos. The areas of the house are large and spacious, have all the necessary things (well-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, dishwasher and washing machine…) and they even left us a box of coffee as a courtesy There is a barbecue (indoor), billiards, ping pong table, foosball and the heated pool is the icing on the cake. I also want to highlight the cleanliness of the space, which was impeccable. Comfortable beds and pillows. Safe for children and animals. The only negative point was just the network signal, which was weak and did not allow much use of social networks, but this did not affect our experience at Andreia and Mr. Abrão's property. We will recommend it to friends and family and hope to return soon!

Ana’s place is a perfect hidden getaway surrounded by amazing views of the countryside and mountains. A car is a necessity. Beautiful flowers, fresh fruit and veggies all around, this place was a great quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were greeted by Ana’s mother who accommodated a late night check in and was there to help any questions we had. Our secondary host, Quarantine the cat, also made sure we had company for our entire stay and was a real delight to have around. Great peaceful escape!

Manuel and Rosaria are adorable and very considerate people, who anticipate the possible needs of the tenants of the cottage. It was very easy for us to communicate with them despite the language barrier. Upon arrival, we were able to taste Portuguese specialties. The cottage is very well equipped, very clean and very well located for visiting the north of Portugal. The property is beautiful, with different spaces, garden, pool, vineyards and animals.
