Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

It’s my second time to stay at Leonarda’s place. As during my previous stay everything was above and beyond expectations. I will definitely come back if again in Pescara. Thank you Leonarda for being such a generous and caring host!

Antonio and Simona are great hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and with spacious and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows from different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. Beautiful terrace that revolves around the property and guarantees a cool house even without the use of the air conditioner, however present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the beachfront parking spot and the beach gear that hosts provide are a very welcome additional plus. A mention of honor goes to the availability, kindness, hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as longtime friends, not guests. We'll always take them to the heart. We really recommend their home. We'll definitely be back

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for the beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, since I was there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will present itself as a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is stately, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was an amazing and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I will definitely be back!

We were very satisfied with the stay. The apartment has a beautiful front garden with a seating area towards the sea where it was pleasantly sitting and relaxing. There is an outdoor shower and a seating area under the umbrella that provided a nice coolness. From the front garden you go straight to the beach where there are few people. Public beaches 5 minutes down the beach. Alessandro and his wife were nice hosts, they pointed out everything to us, recommended us nearby restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc. If we needed anything, they gave us advice, responded quickly, perfect communication. We recommend.

The space and view were absolutely stunning. Clean crisp sheets, plenty of towels and gorgeous views from the dining room and the two patios . Francesca provided photos that helped us locate the house. This was very helpful as we arrived after dark. Although we did not stay in the area after check out, there appeared to be plenty to do. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, walkable to downtown and around. Very close to the train station and buses. Very clean and tidy apartment. In short, a lovely stay and kind and friendly treatment by the owners to whom I am very grateful. I highly recommend this apartment.

A fantastic stay full of tranquility and nature. The accommodation is located exactly in front of the wolf area and at night you can also hear the howling from the inside. The place offers perfect privacy. The only ones in can be the climb at the entrance where it is easy to slide with the wheels if you have a low car and of course, being a place surrounded by greenery, some insects. Upon our arrival, however, we were greeted with a very well-stocked breakfast buffet. The value for money is absolutely noteworthy.

Marco’s apartment is fantastic. Superb unbeatable location in Pescara Centro with a beautiful sea-view. Modern renovation. Very good heating and aircon appliances for guests staying in winter and summer. We stayed in extreme winter and were very comfortable and warm inside which is rare for Pescara flats. Marco is also very kind, responsive and flexible. His friend who checked us in personally was also extremely friendly and kind and she made the check in process very smooth. I would strongly recommend Marco and his apartment to all. Thank you again.

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.

We had a fantastic week as a family with 3 children. Bruno and Patrizia are very sweet and friendly hosts. We felt right at home. You will stay in part of their large villa that is separated from them. The pool and outdoor kitchen/bathroom are also for your use, where we spent most of our time. The view from garden and balcony is fantastic. It is in a nice location as a base for trips in the area. We can recommend this apartment to everyone. We would love to come back again.

Orazio and his wife are very kind people and always available. When we arrived, they showed us the place and made us find many things including milk, coffee pods, cookies, water, and everything you need to cook, so oil, salt, sugar, and spices. The place is really like the photos, it feels like you're in a dream. All the rooms are really big and tastefully furnished. The frescoes on the cinema themed walls, the foosball table, the huge TV, and the pool directly inside the living room make this house unique and suitable for many occasions. If I have to find a defect it is that because of the pool in summer it is quite hot in the living room, but as soon as you swim everything happens! I almost forgot, outside there is also a beautiful garden and reserved parking space so nothing is really missing. Super recommended!!! Thanks and see you next time!
