Margot is a fabulous host! She was very kind in her responses to me and proactive about any needs I may have for my visit. The cottage is adorable and well situated for walking around Peebles. I would stay here again when visiting the Borders.

A great little location within the heart of Brechin. Perfect for a couple of days get away with Dinos round the corner and Ranj for your takeaway needs! Great communication from Colin and easy to find and park. Would highly recommend as a place to stay and a host.

Lovely place to stay. Bigger than the photos and lots to do in the local area. Chippy was great as was the Mhor bakery. Clean and excellent communication. Parking on the street at times was tricky but we were aware of this before we booked. Would stay again.

Was on exchange in London and decided to visit Edinburgh, was extremely lucky to stay at Usman’s accommodation. He was extremely welcoming and waited for our arrival on the first day and took the liberty of showing us around the house. The place was super cosy, clean and warm. A proper lovely place to stay that’s not far from the main tourist spots either. Cannot thank Usman enough for being so lovely and ensuring we have everything we need for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back for a visit to Edinburgh. Would give 6 stars if I could!

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Jon was fantastic from the beginning. Checked on us to make sure we got in ok and responded quickly to all of our questions. He also had great recommendations and the flat was very clean and organized. I would love to stay here again.

Sam’s place and support were perfect. Each of the rooms were inviting and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and showers very good. The whole setting was charming and the location central to the town.

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our first holiday here together and the area was perfect for us . The place we stayed in was perfect and tidy and supplied us with all the things we needed . Defiantly a holiday we will remember :)

We had a great stay! Apartment as advertised with all amenities needed. Great location, bus station close but also easy to get into town with Uber. Jay was easy to communicate with and always available. Recommend to walk up to Arthur’s Seat from the apartment, great views of Edinburgh!

Absolutely lovely apartment. Views were amazing, kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. The bathrooms functional, clean and good size, beds were all comfortable and duvets lovely and warm. Was handy to have extra pull out bed as an option and extra bedding. We booked the flat for a few days for my Dad to stay over Christmas. The flat was ideal, Craig had left a few Christmas treats, which was really appreciated. The flat was spotless and my Dad felt right at home. We will definitely book again!

Amazing hosts, beautiful property and perfect location. Views are stunning. we had lunch at the deli and dinner at the nearby restaurant. Was the perfect trip.

Absolutely loved staying here house was immaculate very peaceful and quiet house had everything in it wee needed and extras which were appreciated short walk to the pubs cannot wait to stay here again.

Lloyd's place was an excellent base for us visiting Edinburgh for the weekend. The apartment was clean, warm and cozy. The view of the castle was amazing! The Christmas tree was a lovely touch, making the weekend even more magical. Lloyd is a great host and was very responsive. We definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

My best friend and I along with my 2 little boys came to stayfor the night purley due to convience of it being right across the toad from the hydro, the place was stunning and spacious but the matress in the master bedroom.... never slept on a comfier bed! Just woaw!! We were gobsmaked when we walked in and were like 2 wee girls that hit the jackpot 🤣 thank you for a incredible stay

Had a great stay at the apartment! Rona was a great host—responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable, and conveniently located.

We had a lovely time staying here. The place is exactly like the pictures with a nice view of the city. I would say a little bit away from the touristy areas but not too much of a long walk away and we did buy a tram ticket that took us to the end of the road that was really handy. Lovely place and Levi and Johnny were super helpful with any questions we had. Definitely would come back again!

Lovely apartment. Spotless. Exactly as described and as good as previous reviews suggested. Warm and cosy despite cold weather outside. Easy free parking in local area. Bus stops are less than 1 minute from door. £5 ticket allowed all day travel on Lothian buses and trams, to and within city centre all the way down to leith. (Airport not included) ... worth it to save the hassle of driving and parking in Edinburgh. if you are not sure which bus to get... ask a local . They were all very helpful.
