Koi's place was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to much of Stratford. It was extremely well stocked and comfortable. Honestly, it was as comfortable as being at home. Plenty of room for three adults and two teenagers. Koi herself communicated everything clearly and in a timely manner making the check-in/out process seamless. I would highly recommend, though I hope it is available for our next stay! Staying here really added to the enjoyment of our trip!

This was our second stay in this wonderful apartment. It was as we remembered it - a beautiful place in an excellent location, managed by a friendly and responsive host. The location is perfect for walking to Stratford's theatres and restaurants, and is right on the water so the views across the lake are lovely. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is spotless. Anne Marie and Garry have a storybook house that was perfect for what we wanted. A creative space to write and explore ideas for the coming year. The pictures and antiques have been curated to tell the stories that they’ve loved and we were lucky enough to get to share in that.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rosalind’s Retreat. The Airbnb is beautiful and wonderfully equipped. The kitchen is suitable for the most discerning “self-caterer.” Kevin and Kim certainly deserve their super host designation. They go above and beyond what is expected of a host. Immediately upon learning of my disability, Kevin offered an additional accommodation that made the shower more accessible. He supplied breakfast items from their nearby B&B (his homemade bread is delicious) and was in general very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Kevin, for making our stay in Stratford a delight. We highly recommend Rosalind’s Retreat.

This was our second time here and we just loved it! This house has everything you need! It was spotless! They keep the driveway well plowed for you even did the end of the driveway when we were there! Thanks for a great stay!

Linda and Gao are fabulous hosts. They communicated thoroughly in advance and made themselves available if needed. Their home was fabulous! Very beautiful and lots of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation. The special little touches were much appreciated! We will certainly stay again when in town.

We had a great stay at Bob's place. It was ideal for two couples. We walked to all the theaters and to local restaurants. The walk by the lake is lovely and the place was comfortable and very clean. Bob was a very helpful host. We had a great stay!

This spot is the definition of charming. Yes, as other reviews have mentioned, it is only accessible by stairs (and another set of even narrower stairs for an extra bedroom), but if you are able-bodied and willing, I can’t think of a homier spot. The owners are so friendly; the living areas are very cozy and cute, but still quite spacious!! The kitchen has every necessary appliance, dish and utensil (and even some snacks in the fridge!), and the bathrooms are extremely clean and large as well. The beds and couches are comfortable and the whole listing is within walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Stratford (all the theaters included). I couldn’t imagine a better spot for a group trip and I certainly hope to be back!!

We would highly recommend staying at Sally's place. The place was immaculate with all sorts of super treats and provisions in the fridge. It was a great place for meeting other guests in the relaxing common area outside. The location is perfect..it is possible to walk to all the theaters and downtown. even if you have gammy knees like we do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful loft. All of the decor is so tasteful and there are lots of extras to make it feel special. It was an easy, 5-minute walk to great shops, restaurants and the water.

Our stay was great! We had comfy beds, lots of space and we really appreciated the extras like some food in the fridge and amenities for tea and coffee in the morning. Very clean and centrally located within walking distance to all three Stratford theatres. Would recommend highly!
