Waterfront vacation rentals in Perry County

We had a fabulous stay at the Koi House. It was very clean, easy to get in upon arrival with clear instructions. Hernan gave us many recommendations of things to do and restaurants to visit. He left a treat for the kids, which was very nice. My kids had an amazing time playing outside searching for salamanders and in the hot tub. We would definitely come back next time we visit Hocking Hills. Thank you.

The cabin was great. We had to book this one last minute because the cabin we had booked first broke a gas line. They have it listed as 30 minutes from Hocking Hills state park, which is probably true, but one should know it is actually closer to an hour to the main entrance (old man's cave) and all the main attractions in Hocking Hills. We felt deceived because hiking at Hocking was the reason we were there & finding out we had much more travel time than we were told we had really cut into our plans. Also it is important to know that the firewood they provide is NOT free but $20 a CUBE! We didn't notice the sign on the side of the box till the next morning after we had a LONG evening of hot fires. Had the sign been more prominently placed we wouldn't have been so liberal with the wood. If this detail was listed on the cabin listing we would have made a point to stop & buy our own firewood we saw advertised in the area for $5. There was no coffee, so we had to drive 20 mi to get it.

We stayed Red oak cabin. Nice, peaceful, clean cabin. We enjoyed the outside shelter, bbq, private fishing pond and the best was the hot tub. Will return in future.

Absolutely beautiful scenic setting, hidden in the woods as described. Very private and peaceful for a weekend getaway. The inside was just as beautiful, and true to the photos. Very room was extremely clean, and well supplied. Plenty of bath towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Technology was up-to-date and we had no issues with internet and streaming services. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, morning, noon, and night under the stars! Highly recommend this cabin, and hope to stay again!

Stayed here for LL 2024 and would do it again. It was a 7 minute ride to and from aside from getting there unless you left after 2-3pm. It was the perfect place to have AC, stay in from the rain, have a bed to sleep in and full kitchen/refrigerator to not pay festival food prices for every meal. Scott was and continues to be the best, nicest and most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. He treated us like family allowing us to check in early, check out late, etc.. He responded through the app as fast as if I was texting his personal cell. One of us left an item at the home and he sent it back right away. I plan on trying to book this anytime I come back for LL or come back to the area. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and everything was as advertised. We wish we could have used the boat slip/dock and fire pit but didn’t have the time.

Enjoyed this lovely cabin very much. Host is extremely helpful and very responsive.

My sister and I had the most wonderful weekend getaway at Heidi's place! Everything was absolutely perfect-immaculately clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made it easy to relax and unwind. Heidi was a fantastic hostess-thoughtful, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in creating a welcoming space. It was the perfect spot for a girls' getaway, and we're already talking about coming back! Highly recommend!!
