Very good location, close to everything and the city's historic center. Great for the weekend. The views from the balconies are unbeatable! Just mention that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it is 4 or 5 stories per staircase. For us it was not an issue and we would definitely come back, the apartment has it all! Merci, Marie!

The location this studio is ideal for visiting Perpignan city center or going to the sea, to the mountain by bus. it is about a 10mn walk from the center and the train station. The bed is comfortable. The description matches reality!

We had a lovely weekend at Aude's apartment. The location is perfect in the heart of the village with the possibility of parking nearby with pass given to us upon arrival. Impeccable hosting and services. Peyrac is charming with plenty of activities.

Great fig tree, place was very comfy. Pretty surroundings. Great to have access to amenities. And also great terrace on top. Very clean! We loved the hospitality! WiFi doesn’t reach house, but still beautiful stay. Favourite place on Costa Brava.

Perfect stay, the place lacks nothing, small and optimized to the maximum. Right in the center of Perpignan, everything is on foot. Thank you again for hosting us at almost 9pm because of the traffic jams.

We had a great time with the family, with 3 small children. The accommodation is not large but very functional, with all the necessities. Séverine is very friendly and responsive. Access is facilitated by the key box. Very nice environment, quiet. I would highly recommend it!

We had a very nice week at Ann-Sofie and her family's home. Check-in is easy but be careful to call Ann-Sofie when you arrive so that the access gate to the residential area can be opened. The big highlight of this house is the breathtaking views of the sea and the small beach. Several stairs need to be taken to get to the house and go down to the beach; this has not been a problem for us but can be difficult for some people. The house is very well equipped; especially in cooking utensils and dishes of all kinds, which is very convenient for cooking family dishes! The rooms are spacious, light, there are plenty of storage spaces. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and its splendid view. The area is very beautiful and the marine reserve is amazing, just put your head in the water by the beach to see dozens of fish! House to advise ++

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

A perfect mobile house to spend a few days,in a large but not agglomerated campsite (it was not summer) the host gives you all kinds of facilities and with flexible hours, it is a pity that the weather did not accompany,but we do not rule out coming back in good weather,highly recommended!!!Thank you for everything Laurent!!
