House vacation rentals in Perinton

It felt like a home away from home, the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely want to come again. The kitchen had everything one could need, and each room is thoughtfully decorated. A lovely place for walking out back at the park as well.

It was just a one night layover as myself and my Akita travelled home. It was a perfect location that was very quiet and pleasant to rest and regain energy for the trip next day.

This by far our favorite vacation spot! We have come here countless times because of how much we love it. Less than 15 minutes to strong museum! Neil is super responsive and listens to feedback! We asked for kids board games at the house and he was able to provide! Can’t wait to come back

We loved our stay for our annual summer end vacation that we’re planning on booking for next year. The pool & hot tub are absolute perfection. We were able to comfortably cook all our meals & simply enjoy being in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, linens & blankets. On top of the 4 beds, there is a Murphy bed & chairs that convert to beds! The property has gorgeous views of the bay with quiet but friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with everything that you could possibly need then this is the place for you!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

really lovely home that easily accommodated our group of 7 adults. plenty of spaces to congregate inside (and outside!). we only used a fraction of all the amenities, but we're thrilled with what was available for us. two of our travelers said this was their first Air BNB experience and they're total fans; like, this is a high bar for future homes. thanks!!!!

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

This place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and easy to access. The lakefront location was beautiful and made for a peaceful stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I had no issues with the home itself. Just a heads-up: if you like to walk places, there aren’t many sidewalks in the area, and there aren’t a lot of nearby spots to go to. Also, if you're visiting in winter, expect extreme cold and heavy snow—but that's just part of the Rochester experience, not the host's fault! Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.

We loved this place! I was here with two friends for a wedding, and we remarked over and over again what a delightful place to sit and visit- the decor is so cheerful, the couches are amazingly comfortable, we had a great view of the lake (Conesus Lake, I think?), and the electric fireplace was an extra cozy touch. Oh, and we arrived to find some amazing muffins- such a delightful treat!

Beautiful, private space with an incredible view. Ron is very communicative and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Exactly as advertised - cozy with amenities, close to restaurants, and near the beach. Heating and AC were top notch and very easy to control. Brilliant dining room with a 4 person table, which was perfect for our Valentine’s Day feast. We also had access to the kitchen ware and utensils, which allowed us to focus on the cooking part of our adventure. Delightful couches that recline and have a foot rest. Bed was comfortable. Lots of scenic paintings and outdoorsy decor that made the place feel like “home” for a few days. We are short people, so there were a lot of things up higher than our reach, but this was alleviated by the foldable step stool near the fridge. Enjoyable stay! Margaret's place was very pretty. It was very cold outside but the temperature inside was very comfortable and despite it being on the ground level the floors were not cold. We loved the beautiful and comfortable rugs and furnitures.

Peter and Ana were terrific hosts and their home is so cute! They were so responsive whenever we had questions, and they made the house very welcoming. We had lots of room to celebrate the holidays with family and the fenced yard for the dogs was fantastic!

We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

JOHNNY’S PLACE WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. THE PLACE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND VERY WELL KEPT. COZY AND GREAT BACK VIEW (GOLF COURSE~). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a great stay over the holidays. Michael and Laura were very responsive to any questions, and the home fit our needs perfectly. They had also decorated the entire house for Christmas which we were celebrating with our family and it was amazingly well done. It is a really interesting historic house, and it was able to accommodate all our family in one place. We had a very memorable trip and would definitely try to stay here again on our next visit.

This was our second stay at the Little Bell and again we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful stay! My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed the relaxing, peaceful vibe while enjoying not only the house but the new addition of the hot tub. Such beautiful scenery, a clean house with appreciated amenities, along with a very kind and responsive host! Thank you so much! Hope to book again next year!

We stayed a week with another family. The location is great for several reasons including walkable to restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking and other small shops. We chose it mainly for its central location to large state parks like Letchworth and Watkins Glen although there was a great hike just down the street. The home was clean, neat, updated and well appointed. Keypad entry was good for easy access. Nice touches inside and out that made it homey like decorative lights on the deck, books on the shelves, artwork on the walls. The unique layout also allowed each family some privacy. Homeowner was a pleasure to interact with, very responsive to questions and had helpful advice for the area. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!
