The coldest days invite to a evening by the fireplace where you can get cosy and watch the fire dance as the wood burns. It is a quiet place with a good neighborhood. The historic center of Viana do Castelo is a 10 minutes drive as well as several beaches such as Cabedelo beach, where you can practice various water sports such as surfing, windsurfing or paddle. A poucos minutos de Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Esposende ou da mais antiga e milenar Vila de Portugal, (ponte de Lima), este espaço é também muito bom para famílias (com crianças). Fisherman House 30 steps from sea

This tiny house, was a fisherman typical warehouse and is located in the last fisherman neighborhood, and still today resist to empire state dealers! It's turned back to the sea, but still close to it, so close that in strong winter sea comes to the door :). Approximately 50 meters from the beach, You'll find yourself in the middle of fisherman boats traffic and right in the center of the first hand fish sale. And sea lovers of course :)

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
