This Airbnb is very cozy, spectacularly clean and decorated so nicely! The beds are super comfortable, the shower pressure is perfect and the owners have put a lot of thought and care into this home. I will say, as others have noted that the house is on a corner at a stoplight where there is quite a bit of traffic so road noise is noticeable but not bothersome. There is a sound machine available if that bothers you. We used this Airbnb as a cozy spot for a visit to ISU, and it was convenient to everything. 10/10, great hosts and cozy Airbnb!

Tony provides a great place for us to stay when we're in town visiting family. It is always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Tony is a very considerate host who is very responsive and mindful of his guests' comfort.

Cozy and clean home! The amenities made our stay very comfortable. Close to Peoria, so there are many things to do in the area.

The entire feel of this building is retro but the appliances and furniture (and the elevator) are very modern and chic. I loved it and will want to stay here again next time I'm in town.

Such a cozy little place. Perfect for my daughter and I while visiting the Air National Guard base just 10m away. Once she is active duty we will book again for drill weekends while shes still a student. Very clean. Good distance to many stores and food locations…pretty much 20m or less in most directions.

This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

Pam was a great host. She was exceptionally quick to respond. She and her husband were very friendly. The house had great views of the lake, river and wetlands. We could even see an active eagle nest. The horses and chickens were an added bonus! There are neighbors but it was still pretty quiet. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Kim was a great host. Loved the deck overlooking the lake. The hot tub was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. We will consider Kim's place in the future.

We were in town for a few days for some high school baseball games and to visit ISU and Bradley. Even though we were gone most of the day, it was SO nice coming back to Annabelle's in the evenings to unwind and relax. It's a beautiful cottage on the water that was clean, roomy, and full of amenities. Annabelle was friendly and accommodating even though nothing went wrong and everything in the cottage was better than described. The area was quiet and the view was INCREDIBLE. Even saw a bald and golden eagle outside in the early morning hours (and found binoculars too).

Day Tripper was perfect for our surprise birthday visit and getaway for my daughter who lives in Peoria. Her sister flew from Sarasota, FL and I from Charlotte, NC for her 50th birthday. We talked and talked…hardly left the place!! Loved it! Jim and Rebecca have definitely made their mark on Airbnb’s in The Heights.

Kristin’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals at home, and the location was central enough for an easy commute to popular destinations and restaurants. We are all sticklers for cleanliness, and the home was spotless. The décor gave it a charming, funky cottage feel, with plenty of shared space and private rooms on either side for when we wanted quiet time or needed to work. We also enjoyed the fireplace and outdoor patio—both such lovely spots for relaxing in the evening. We highly recommend Kristin's place for an affordable and comfortable stay in Peoria!

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.
