We loved the stay and felt very comfortable. The oranges from the garden were very tasty and the New Year's cake we got started well in 2025:-). We would definitely come back to the accommodation if it goes back to Leonidio on vacation.

Staying with Giannis was really nice. The beach house corresponds to the photos, the sea is right outside the door! There are numerous restaurants and also good shopping in the village itself. We had a rental car, which makes it easy to explore the area, Nafplion is also very easy to reach. Giannis is an excellent host who was always easily accessible and regularly asked us if anything was missing. He also showed us the place and gave us a lot of good tips. We felt very comfortable right away!

A wonderful stay in a wonderful location! For me as a solo traveler on a "work vacation" who prefers a quiet space, the apartment and surroundings were perfect. It has everything you need, including wifi. A mini market and restaurant are each 2 min walk away and the neighborhood is very pleasant and helpful. It is recommended to arrive by car. Although the hosts couldn't be there this time, it wasn't a problem when I needed information. The answer came promptly. Thank you to Nikoc and Efi for this special place! I'd love to come back!

We spent 2 nights at Philip's house. We were a little unfortunate with the weather and one bedroom didn't keep a temperature even though the house was heated. thankfully Philip responded promptly and brought us a stove, with which the room warmed up very well. the spaces of the house were comfortable and the communication with Philip was excellent.

This was exactly as we wanted, quiet, private and beautiful. The shop and restaurant were quite a walk, so transport would be ideal if you aren’t keen to walk. Maria was very quick to answer texts, and super friendly and helpful. The pool was superb and obviously being on the beach front was perfect. Thank you both!

Great house, great view, great service, personal welcoming. Just the initial communication wasn't perfect and until the day we arrived we didn't know how to get into the house. The administrators live in the same street so you can arrive at flexible hours.

Konstantinos was an excellent host, he picked us up from the port with our bags and took us straight to the villa where he showed us around and how everything worked. The fridge was generously stocked with fresh fruit and lots of bottled water, and there were coffee pods and laundry supplies for us to use. Beautiful villa, wonderful location and an amazing host. 10/10

We had a lovely stay at this simple place. The proximity to the beach and pool allowed us to cool off at any time. Plan a short journey to reach the different sites to visit: Nafplio, Mycenes, Corinth... The accommodation being a little off-center.

What a beautiful space! It is as in the pictures, modernly furnished yet cozy and the fireplace is a dream! The pool looked very clean, we unfortunately could not use it due to bad weather. The view is insane. Dionisis responds to messages super quickly and is always friendly. Thanks Dionisis!

Communication was great, everything was problem-free. We had minor issues with electricity and water but got support right away. Firewood for the fireplace was in stock for a week and some drinking water was provided for us. Thanks

This was a wonderful stay in a real home. The house sits on the edge of an authentic Greek farming village up in a remote valley. We enjoyed that the house is in an olive grove. Tasos and Maria were welcoming and helpful. We were grateful for the WiFi as we did do some work. The house is well appointed, cosy, and quiet. It is only 10 minutes drive to the coast and a quiet beach with a couple of tavernas. The super-market there has everything. Do try their local sheep's yogurt. Drive up into the mountains as the scenery is grand. The next village up in the mountains has a super local taverna. The house is a good spot from where one can visit ancient sites at Epidaurus, Mycenae and Corinth. We will happily return. Thank you, Tasos and Maria.

We had a terrific time at Nafplio Blue Topaz villa. The outside space is fantastic, with a great view on Palamiti castle. Inside you can find everything you need, airco in all the rooms, kitchen well equipped, bathrooms ok. The location is very close to Nafplion centre. Shops and a great 24h/24 bakery Kosmos nearby. Communication with Nick was very nice and helpful. With a further renovation inside of the kitchen and bathrooms upcoming, it’s even going to get better. Don’t hesitate to book this villa if you are planning to stay in this beautiful region.

We felt very comfortable with Kostas. Everything is as described and Kardamyli a lovely place. We also had the pleasure of welcoming the new year together with Kostas and his likeable family. We will be back!
