Amazing place for the people who want to disconnect and feel like home

Manuel's spot in Rovaniemi is the place to go. The cabin is not far from the train station (20 minutes walking), and it is very close to the mall and city center. If you are visiting Rovaniemi to do tourism that's pretty good since most pickups are done in the mall and nearby zones. The cabin was clean, cozy and really quiet. The price is good for Rovaniemi.

Great log cabin with beautiful furnishings, well equipped, plus the sauna in the garden house, located in the middle of nowhere, right on the river Kemijoki. 20 km to Kemi (Baltic Sea, icebreaker ride) 100 km to Rovaniemi (airport), just under 10 km to the nearest supermarket, 20 km to Husky Farm. We will definitely be back

House located at the edge of the water, very quiet and refreshing place. We had a great time with beautiful scenery. Sonja was able to be responsive and helpful when we needed information. Perfect place.

The apartment proposed by Taru is as described. We were a family of 4 and it was spacious enough. Very beautiful and in a peaceful area outside of rovaniemi but at the same time 8’ from the center and 5’ from a supermarket. The apartment had all the comforts you can look for for for for the stay. ( neighbors a little noisy in the morning..) We even observed auroras from the apartment. The sauna, washing machine and dryer were a plus. Taru takes care of her hosts. Thanks to her.

Edwards place is a really beautiful little wooden house, close to Rovaniemi centre but very quiet and beautifully situated in the woods next to a lake. The snowy landscape was amazing! We loved to use the sauna after a day in the snow. Had a great time at Edwards place! Only thing to mention is that the two bedrooms are not separated by a door, it is actually more like loft, so the room downstairs where one bed is has a stair to the upper space where the two beds are. And, Edwards foto collection of fish on the wall are really impressing- great for fishing lovers :)

This is a beautiful place and Sanna and Timo are perfect hosts. The villa has everything required for a very comfortable stay plus some really nice touches, like log fireplace, beautiful views right of out of your bedroom and lounge windows. The location is perfect and so peaceful in beautiful surroundings overlooking a lake. We had a car, so it was a short drive into Rovaniemi, but the location is also good without a car as we saw lots of taxis coming from town. There is lots to do nearby and the villa comes with snow shoes and skies which were perfect for a hike on the frozen lake. The views over the lake are also perfect for watching Aurora with no light pollution. We saw it twice on our stay from right outside the villa. Sanna and Timo are great, very friendly hosts who go beyond and above. They assisted us with a special request out of the goodness of their heart which meant for us fulfilling a bucket list activity. I could not recommend this villa and the hosts enough!

A perfect gem. Beautifully located with all the amenities you could ask for. Sparkling clean, and modernly furnished. Beds very cozy. Spacious sauna. Could see the northern lights from the living room. We will be happy to come back.
