We absolutely loved our stay. Some many small details that made this place an amazing stay. Not to mention host was very responsive and willing to aide when needed. I’m talking even down to DoorDashing batteries. Amazing people. Will def book again.

My wife just spent 2 and a half weeks in this unit studying for the Alabama state BAR exam (which she took over the course of the last two day) and it was the perfect spot. You can't beat the location and it was quiet, clean, and perfect for the occasion. Would definitely recommend even if the price was higher.

Great air bnb apartment. Enjoyed having gated parking, which made parking the car feel safe. Was able to utilize the on site gym which was fantastic. Close by restaurant options are walkable. Would certainly recommend this air bnb!

This place is a very authentic loft experience, the space has a taste of history but cool and the area is not overdeveloped but still has great places nearby for walking or entertainment.

It was perfect for what we needed! Easy to get to and super clean. Would recommend staying here, also the bed is super comfy so that was a plus!

Great place, in the same building as Zaza and across the street from paramount if you know downtown BHM. Very convenient location, and there IS parking included in a BPA lot associated with the building. Lovely spot and very nice apartment for anyone wanting to hang in downtown Birmingham!

Very historic building. Loved it. Emmanuel did a job communicating. The unit was everything listed. Easy driving distance to my event was icing on the cake.

Great stay! Convenient, secure downtown location with off-street parking. Spotless apartment with modern decor, comfortable bed and loved the extra rooftop lounge. Walkable to Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and other local attractions. We loved a self-guided architectural walking tour of the Five Points area with may historic buildings. If you are cooking, there's a great collection of spices but you'll need to purchase other staples. BYO laundry supplies if you'll need to do more than one wash during your stay. Host responded quickly to all questions. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everyone should find their getaway at The Tree House, absolutely poetic magic.

Absolutely love this place! It was the second time I stayed if that says anything :) If I could change one thing, it would be the sliding glass door. It’s a beast to open….after 2 weeks of in and out, my shoulder is paying the price. Other than that, this place is incredible!! 10/10

We stayed here for a couple of nights while in town for a conference. It was the perfect location. Parking was a bit of a hassle but overall it was a nice stay.

Renee's place is perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and had the best amenities including many TV channels, snacks, and a washer/dryer. I will definitely book it again when I'm in town.

Charles is the best host I've encountered with AirBnB EVER! He was in communication with us from the moment we booked his rental, making sure everything was in place and comfortable for us upon arrival. He went above and beyond as a host and even left a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks for our stay! His place was clean, nicely furnished and the hardwood floors was to die for! We booked this unit for one night..but Charles was so nice and his place was so perfect that we decided to stay an extra night and it was so worth it! Needless to say, we'll be booking Charles place again soon! Thanks for everything again Charles!

Kim and Kelly were wonderfully responsive to all my silly requests. They were proactive with questions, making sure we had everything we needed, which we did! i especially loved all the space in the bathroom. I'm not a very light packer, so it was perfect! The hot water ran out really quickly though, which is a shame because the water pressure is so awesome! And you can hear the neighbors really well, but they were all very nice! Overall, we very much enjoyed our time in Kim's place. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jeffery's apartment was absolutely perfect. I was a visiting medical student doing a month long rotation at UAB. It was spacious, quiet, clean, newly renovated, great shower, comfortable bed, very convenient to UAB...just about a 10-15 min drive depending on the time you left. Avondale is also a cool area. He was so quick with responding, which was really appreciated. I really enjoyed his apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Alexander's apartment was perfect for myself and my daughter. It was so clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable (and we loved the soft sheets!). The coffee pot was perfect - you could either make a K-cup (K-cups provided) or brew a whole pot. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies (the oven was squeaky-clean!). All of the instructions, from where to park, all the way to checkout, were extremely clear. He was always responsive, kind and was incredibly flexible with my checkout time (as I had a late flight). I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at Eden Brae at least 6 times with my husband and son. Sometimes we have brought my golden doodle. We stay here for the uniqueness and location. We visit Children's of Alabama for my sons doctors appointments and it's 10-12 minutes from there. Very convenient and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. The home is in a safe location and I haven't had an issue hearing people in the other units. I recommend staying here at least once. Each unit is laid out different and I have my favorite. We plan to be back in four months. Thank you, Emma, for the consistency of our stays.

Rebecca was great to work with and I love the feeling of being in a home rather than a hotel. The shower was GREAT! Would definitely recommend this to friends when they visit B’ham!

Suzy was a fantastic host. She was very quick with all communication- allowing me to add a person to my reservation late notice and check in early which I really appreciated. Her place was very clean, and centrally located where I needed to be. When there was an issue with the apartment building that affected me- she quickly offered another of her units for me to move to and was very responsive. Her apartment has everything you need and is very tidy. The lockbox holding the key was a bit finicky and I think a keypad lock would be easier but it wasn’t a big deal. There are many comments about the smell, but it’s an old building and you get used to it. Suzy had plenty of glade plugins to help with that. I would stay with Suzy again, thank you.
