The villa is wonderful, very cosy and comfortable. We were on a family trip and really enjoyed the nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. The kitchen is big and well equipped, the living room is also spacious and nice. The whole house is made and decorated tastefully, with care. We also liked the barbecue area, perfect for when the weather is warm enough. The garden is beautiful, well maintained. The vegetable garden, table tennis and trampoline are also good addition, especially if you have kids! The hosts are really nice and friendly, with personal touch, offered us a lot of recommendations for the area. They were responsive and helpful, really nice people! 🙂 The location is good for a peaceful holiday, as it is close Sofia, really close to Blagoevgrad and other cities. The area is calm with beautiful nature surrounding it. I definitely would recommend Nikolay and Katerina's house!

Peter and grandpa Emil and grandma Milka have taken care of a great stay for us. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. We had a lovely breakfast. Great. Peter was also very clear and quick in communication . Highly recommended

Great apartment in the city center with an excellent location. The beautiful terrace offers a fantastic view, and the apartment itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. While it's slightly more expensive than I would prefer, it's still a fair deal. Definitely recommended! If I visit Sandanski again, I will certainly book this place.
