Vacation rentals with a firepit in Pebble Beach, Del Monte Forest

Our stay at Pebble Beach Hideaway was absolutely perfect! The house was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to whip up meals for our group. The bathrooms and bedding linens were top-notch, ensuring every guest felt comfortable. It was an ideal space for three families to come together, and the bonus pet-friendly policy was a nice touch (even though we decided not to bring our fluffy Siberian husky). The host was incredibly accommodating, handling the guard gate arrangements seamlessly and quickly addressing a brief early morning Internet outage. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! The house was cozy and comfortable. Meli was very thoughtful and left us champagne and sparkling apple cider as well as many snacks to enjoy while we were there. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved hanging out in the living room and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The location was more industrial than I realized, but it was an easy drive to get to restaurants and the beach. There is a nice view of the ocean from the patio and out the windows.

Michelle’s home was perfect for our weekend getaway in Capitola! The house layout and size was great for our group, and we especially loved the layout of the top floor with the bunk beds. It was also conveniently located right next to all the Capitola village shops, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise walk to the beach in the morning. Michelle’s place is a must for any Capitola trip with friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. They were very responsive to all questions and requests. The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown and also the boardwalk, but private and peaceful at the same time. A perfect spot to explore and enjoy Santa Cruz!

Peaceful and serene. The property is beautiful and the Hayloft is really cozy with a big kitchen space and a big window, perfect for a leisurely, relaxing breakfast. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the stars come out over the surrounding treetops. I’d love to stay here again!

Lovely stay. Friendly, proactive host. Great kitchen for cooking that has not only pots and pans, but oils and spices. The bedding was cozy and kept us warm during cold winter nights. Gorgeous views and a hiking loop that starts from the home. Bring ear plugs: We had a wood pecker pecking on the house under our bedroom each morning. Other than the wood pecker, it was very quiet!

This adorable home was in such a fun location, close to beach paths & restaurants, yet private and quiet. Spotless and beautifully decorated, with bikes as a fun bonus! Ronnie was super friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Santa Cruz for my wife’s birthday. Ciara’s place was perfectly located to reach downtown or the boardwalk within 15-20mins easy walk. A great, well thought out, place to stay . Pristinely clean and very comfortable! Would certainly recommend!! Thank you

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

My partner and I stayed at fidel’s as a weekend getaway and we were very pleased. Fidel was super responsive. The place looked exactly like its photos and we really enjoyed the projector, there was a bunch of streaming services such as netflix, hulu and prime as well! Location was super convenient and super close a bunch of food spots as well as the aquarium! parking was super convenient too! definitely would come again, 10/10 recommend!

Amazing location to Canary Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The beach path is also right there. Dennis wss incredibly detailed in providing for my needs and comfort. The location is a wonderful peaceful neighborhood and its an easy walk to shopping, dinner, beach and even a local grocery store. The place is cozy and you will adore the wonderful patio. Linda is the housekeeper. She is available and quickly attends to any guest requests. I will definitely be back !

John's place is a gem at Seascape! Beautifully decorated, clean, ocean views, host left wine+snacks, hot tub on site, and everything one would need. Went for a birthday/mom's getaway weekend. Came back happy and relaxed!

Wonderful clean condo at Seascape resort. As a family with small children it’s perfect I have all the amenities in a condo plus resort features like a heated pool you can use in the middle of winter! Beds were comfortable, great proximity to the pool, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Matthew is a great host. It was very easy to park in front of his property and the check in process was straightforward. His place is private and away from the crowd while it is only 10 mins of beautiful walk along the coast to get to the boardwalk. I'd stay at his place again when I visit Santa Cruz. Highly recommend!

Luxury apartment in the heart of Capitola Village! We really enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the place was beautiful, spotless, and charming. Had all the amenities you need for dining in or perfect takeout spots nearby as well! The location was out of a dream- right next to the ocean- spectacular view. We have two little ones and Jane kindly accommodated us with a pack n play when we asked. She really went above and beyond, highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

Unfortunately there was an area power outage and we were unable to stay for the night. We were so disappointed because the property was beautiful and so was the cabin. However for the short time we were there, they made a good impression! The young man who checked us in was so friendly and helpful and the host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful via message. Hopefully we get the chance to stay in the future! Take care!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. The surroundings were both stunning and serene. Everything indoors and out was thoughtfully designed for guests to enjoy the setting. I can imagine this place is gorgeous during every season.

this was a unique place to stay while visiting and hiking around big sur. his house is about 5 miles up a narrow dirt road that is very steep and scenic (about 20 minutes of driving once you turn off of hwy 1). he coordinates with you during arrival so that you can follow him during the last couple of miles. we had a two wheel drive SUV and it is a miracle that we made it up the steeper sections. he was accommodating with our arrival as we were arriving later at night (about 10:30 pm) the cabin is above the clouds. it is very remote and you feel like a zen monk gazing down upon the world. if you are seeking a stay that offers isolation and contemplation then this may be for you. there were three grown men in our party and there was plenty of room for us to sleep. the cabin is running on solar panels/renewable energy. so the power and wifi were intermittent during our stay. the kitchen was clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook basic stuff. he's a great host!

Thoroughly enjoyed the home, fireplace and the redwoods surrounding this place. The separate guesthouse was a big plus. And the host was highly communicative and wonderful to interact with.

Private and Primitive! Be prepared to rough it in a glamping kind of way. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Beautiful and fun area to explore. A hot shower at the end of the day was heaven! Breakfast in the morning was simple but fulfilling. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for two nights for our anniversary and our first trip with our 8 month old twins. We could not have had a more perfect weekend and we owe a lot of it to our stay at Whiskey Hollow. As all of the other reviews have mentioned, Jamie and Paige are among the most thoughtful hosts. They have truly gone above and beyond with every possible detail and amenity anyone would need on a trip—and then some! We would not hesitate to book their place again. Thank you so much!

I arrived past dark and the drive up to the ranch was a bit scary at that time, but not too bad. Kris was around when I arrived and she led me to the Studio and showed me around. She even had the heater going for me. Studio One was very clean and had lots of utensils and cookware. There is a Safeway about 30 minutes away but Kris also let me know that if I needed anything (like a missing ingredient) to ask her. There is a really cool hike through the horse pasture and up to a yoga deck. It was absolutely beautiful to practice up there. When I had a bit of trouble finding it, Kris gave me a ride up there! This location was also perfect for me. Only about 45 minutes to Big Sur, Monterey and Point Lobos. I needed to pass through Caramel anyway since the 1 was closed south of Big Sur— so it worked out well. Overall, I felt very safe here. I was nervous about my first solo trip, but Kris made sure I was comfortable, while still giving me space. I would definitely come back ◡̈

Staying at Colette’s place was the highlight of our Carmel trip! 10/10 recommend. It was beautiful inside and out, very clean, and charming. Colette and Al were great hosts and we had such a positive experience staying here. Colette even offers VIP guest passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium which lets you skip the long line. This magical place in the woods is perfect for a romantic getaway for two. The views and vibes do not disappoint! The instructions also make it very easy to find.
