Alex's apartment is in great location, exactly as described, all clean and organized mt. I did not use the utensils but they all looked new. If you have to go to Petrópolis again for sure and an option to return

The apartment is spacious, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. The American kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (en-suites) were spacious and very comfortable. Quality linens. The condominium is delightful. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, lots of green area for walking and restaurants. We found it to be good value for money. Marco was always attentive, very polite and promptly answered us every time. We'll be back.

It's the second made we stayed at the Studio and we love it! The apartment is good and well located, being able to do everything on foot. For those looking to rest is a great option, the bed is wonderful, we sleep very well! Fernanda is very flexible with check-in and Check-out and was very attentive. we want to go back now!

The house is wonderful and Fernando is an excellent host. The house is even more beautiful live, well-beaten, clean and very well distributed rooms. A Vera, indicated by Fernando, was the icing on the cake of the trip. Super recommend your stay!

We had wonderful lodging in Marambaia. Daniela was very cordial throughout the stay and we received a very cute welcome basket. A Regiane, a diarista indicated, is also a love and served us very well. The house is super-equipped, brand-new, bedding and quality utensils. Marambaia's swimming pool and tennis court were also spectacular. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. Rosangela's house is super complete, with everything a family needs to feel at home. Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. Whenever we needed her, she responded promptly. We loved the basket she left us as a gift. And also the Christmas decorations.

We had an amazing experience during our carnival stay. We are a large group of friends with children who study together at daycare. The house is simply wonderful: wide, very comfortable, super comfortable gourmet area with Jacuzzi, the great and large pool, beautiful view to the green, with all the necessary items, well-equipped, with everything we need to make us feel at home and ensure a perfect stay. I would like to highlight also the exceptional service of all employees, we hired an extra employee, and all were excellent: Joana, Ana, Elsa and the housekeeper were always very helpful, friendly and demonstrated an enormous effort to make our experience even more enjoyable. Attention to detail was visible in all aspects of hosting. Surely, I would recommend to all who seek comfort, practicality and impeccable service. We look forward to returning soon!

The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

This Airbnb apartment is right inside "Quitandinha Palace", which was once Latin America's largest hotel and casino. The amazing 1940s-built building is a wonder in itself, with huge salons, a 1000-seat theater and a smaller one, a gourmet restaurant, cafe, bowling, outdoor swimming pool, and much more, all in front of a lake surrounded by mountains. What was once a hotel room is now a gorgeous apartment with a small kitchen, living room, full bathroom, a large dining room, and even a small terrace facing the interior architecture. Beautifully decorated, it features a loft bed which you can choose to use if you don't want to use the sofa bed in the living room. The hostess was very nice and helpful. My wife and I stayed there for a week, and we highly recommend it!

I spent a great season in the apartment. It is all renovated and very well equipped. The condominium is also great, having swimming pool, wet and dry sauna and a huge whirlpool.

Our weekend was very quiet in the accommodation. We found the place very clean and organized, exactly as described in the photos. Communication with the host was quick.
