Vacation rentals with a patio in Patisia, Athens

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Perfect studio for a short and long stay in Athens. Very very clean and all is new. Nice bed, lots of storage space and complete kitchen. Safe and nice neighborhood in Athens. Close to the center and beach/boulevard.. Tram/public transport around the corner. On platia Nea Smyrni, all kinds of things to do. Recommended! I will definitely go back. Thanks for the nice stay.

A four-day family. The house is new with all the comforts- kitchen, bathroom , heating with natural gas (it has it all )!. The host is impeccable,willing to help anytime. The house is located ten minutes from the Dafni metro station. It is in an ideal location or a Athens repairer for business or holidays. thank you Cong Yi!!!.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

We stayed 4 days at this apartment, it was clean with heating and cooling, hot shower and great views of the acropolis. Great location, in the heart of Athens with access to everything, we could just about walk everywhere and we did. Romanos was a great host and communicated well with us! So close to the port, so if you plan to stay in athens but also want to go the islands it will be a good option. Clean and comfy house, near to the LIDL market, great bakery, average coffee shops.

Clean apartment with beautiful roof terrace. Perfect location with good connection to the center and the airport and many good cafes and restaurants nearby.

We had a great weekend at the green door apartment. We especially liked the terrace for morning coffee and the canopy bed. The apartment was within easy walking distance from all the main sites. The apartment was also located in a nice cosy area with many restaurants nearby. Christos was a great host and was always ready to answer our questions. Would definately come back.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

The house depending on its price was very satisfactory. We would go again.

Renata was extremely nice. Here availability although she isn't live neaby was very helpful. The place is perfect for single or couple, not more. It was very clean and felt very relaxing spending time at the place. Around there were bars, bakeries, resturants and 10 min walk from the Acropolis and 5 min walk from the train.

Fantastic private balcony view of Acropolis at dawn and night it’s magical. Apartment is so close to metro, trams and buses you can get to anywhere. Host provided great food and venue recommendations so we can highly recommend

Dimitris responded very quickly to messages, the neighborhood was nice and safe, it was very close to the metro and the house was very clean, I will definitely choose it for my next visit, it was great!

I stayed with a friend for 3 nights and we were both very impressed. I had a problem with the key upon arrival which was clearly my misunderstanding (jet lag) and I got an immediate face-time response. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, Nespresso was provided. All in all we felt quite at home. We also found the restaurant recommendations to be just fantastic. We very highly recommend this apartment!

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

The owner was very thoughtful and responded quickly to texts. No problem entering the airbnb. This one is in a slightly more remote corner of conventional tourist attractions, but is surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants where it's easy to walk. You can have a taste of local Greek life. During a future trip to Athens, I would still be happy to stay here.
