Vacation rentals in Passocordone

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

The apartment was attractive, clean and very centrally located. Daniela was a very responsive and proactive host. She helped us book a bus trip and gave us many recommendations regarding activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay in Federicas apartment. Big rooms and very comfy beds. Good location in Pescara too. Federica was a very helpful and attentive host.

Francesca is a great host and would highly recommend this stay for a couples get away! Walking access to beach and only 1hr drive to Apennine Mountains.

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. The apartment has large spaces, modern and clean, with everything you need and its strong point is the extreme proximity to the beach. Great experience, we will definitely be back! Great place, absolutely terrific view of the ocean. Great location. Close to everything that you will need. The bathroom and shower were very user friendly. Very easy check in and the parking was by the front door! Also, the elevator was wonderful for the luggage. Can’t go wrong with Cristiano’s apartment .
