As soon as I paid Geovana already contacted me and gave me everything, the day before, she could not receive me and left this task with her mother, Dona Elvira, super sympathetic and solicitous, received me well and made me super comfortable by showing me the common space of the house, I ended up not using the space due to actually using the space to sleep, but there was no lack of kindness. My flight was very early, and she already warned me that she could get in by not staying before me, that makes all the difference in a host who understands that we got tired needing a bath. If you go to the Bottom Step, the place is extremely well located a few meters from the main street where there was a bakery (recommended by Sra Elvira) that we had coffee for 2 days. I discovered the Chácara of peace in the pandemic, and I fell in love with peace, tranquility that has every corner of that place. There is a very strong connection with the natiza there and this is energizing for me and my daughter. i hope to return soon.

The place is very nice and complete with new appliances. It has everything you need and another structure with ample parking and laundry with clothes dryer. Great for those who want to stay near the University. Cris is an excellent host, extremely concerned about the guest's comfort. There is a care in the details so that all basic necessities are available. I highly recommend!

Everything is perfect, I highly recommend it When I arrived I frightened because I only had access in the room, but anoite I had to hang up because it was already very cold in the room. That is! It was worth it!!!!
